A Study On The Current Situation And Influencing Factors Of Amateur Basketball Training In Shanghai

Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China's economy has shown a trend of high-quality development,people's concept of sports consumption has gradually increased,people's demand for better sports has increased,and the youth amateur basketball training market is booming.With the promotion of the national fitness policy in Shanghai,the promotion of the sports reform in the middle school entrance examination and the promotion of "small basketball" by the Chinese Basketball Association,basketball has become one of the sports loved by teenagers in Shanghai.Since Yao Ming was elected chairman of China Basketball Association,Li Qiuping returned to coach Shanghai Men's basketball team,and the hosting of 2019 Basketball World Cup,a stronger basketball culture atmosphere has been created in Shanghai,which makes the amateur basketball training of young people have a broad market development space in Shanghai.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,field observation,interview and mathematical statistics,this paper studies the current situation and influencing factors of the amateur basketball training in Shanghai.The main contents of the research are:(1)the age composition,motivation,expectation and satisfaction of the trainees;(2)the situation,motivation,training basis and demand of the parents of the training Current situation;(3)basic situation,qualification,teaching situation and difficulties of course coach;(4)summarize the operation system of organization,business situation of management personnel,publicity and service quality;(5)summarize the sports policy,economic situation and basketball cultural background of Shanghai;(6)analyze the factors affecting the development of amateur basketball training of teenagers in Shanghai;(7)describe the youth in Shanghai The development thinking of juvenile amateur basketball training.The conclusion of the study is as follows: Shanghai youth amateur basketball training participants have a high degree of liking for basketball,mainly male students aged 8-14 years old.The age line chart of the participants is inverted V-shaped,and the basketball foundation is weak.The more times they participate in the training every week,the fewer the number of students.The students hope to exercise their bodies and improve their basketball skills through the learning of basketball technology and competition;selective training Parents have a high degree of support for the trainees to participate in the training.They hope that the children can exercise through basketball training and cultivate their interest in sports.The most important reference for the selection of training is the qualification of coaches.Parents have a good satisfaction with the training effect.They suggest more value-added services for the training process and expect more training forms.The coaches are younger and taught by men The most difficult thing in teaching is that the level of trainees is different and the coaches are satisfied with the rewards of the courses.The training centers of training institutions are mainly located in Pudong New Area,Baoshan District and Yangpu District.Most of the venues are from school venues and social venues,and the managers are generally young With the characteristics of high level of specialization,sufficient knowledge of sports discipline and short working years,the development of institutions should not only solve the problems of lack of venues and competition among training institutions,but also strengthen the professional training and evaluation of coaches and managers.Among the main factors affecting the development of amateur basketball training of Shanghai teenagers,the demand factor > coach factor > organization operation factor > external environment factor Shanghai should make full use of its advantages in politics,economy and basketball culture,grasp the main influencing factors and solve the problems in development.In view of the problems existing in the development of amateur basketball training for young people in Shanghai and the factors restricting its better development,the following development suggestions are put forward: developing female students' market,making appropriate service products;diversifying service forms,increasing value-added service types;strengthening the selection and construction of trainers' team,training compound managers;developing existing public venue resources Source,create characteristic and high-quality courses;optimize hardware facilities,build software engineering.
