Abstract/Summary:
Elementary education in rural regions has always been a weak link in the balanced development of education in China,and rural teachers are an important force to promote the balanced development of education in China.As one of the subjects of ruralelementary education,rural junior school teachers shoulder the responsibility of cultivating qualified tale nts and transmitting advanced culture to the society.Their core literacy should keep pace with The Times,and information literacy is an important part of the core literacy of rural teachers in the new era.This paper under the background of "2.0" education informatization,the object of this paper are rural junior school teachers in Chang-Zhu-Tan Hunan province,and investigate the current situation and influencing factors in the development of information literacy,analyses the problems and deficiencies,adjust measures to local conditions to comply with the region of the development of rural junior school teachers' information literacy in Chang-Zhu-Tan in orderto promote rural teachers team construction,and promote the balanced development of basic education in this region.Firstly,this study defines the relevant concepts and requirements of rural teachers' information literacy on the basis of consulting a large number of domestic and foreignliteratures.Then,a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the status quo of informati on literacy of 340 rural junior school teachers,and 15 teachers and school administrators were sampled from different ages,educational backgrounds,professional titles and teaching subjects for individual interviews,which were used as supplementary analysisfor the questionnaire survey.IBM SPSS 24.0 was used to conduct statistical analyze the survey data,so as to obtain the current status of information literacy of rural juniorschool teachers in Chang-Zhu-Tan region and find out the existing problems.The result of the survey shows that the overall rural junior school teachers in Chang-Zhu-Tan region with low level of information literacy.Such as most teachers have realized the importance of information technology,they have no strong awareness of active learning and creative application of information technology;the teachers can basically master basic information knowledge,but they have little knowledge of new education methods and management knowledge;teachers' information technology Integration ability is not strong,lack of systematic learning;Compared with the first three dimensions,teachers' information morality has been improved and they attach more importance to their own information security.However,it still needs to be improved to guide students toestablish correct information morality and pay for knowledge in the teaching process.Based on the above problems and deficiencies,this paper ananlyzed the reasons from the subjective(teacher'self)and objective(school concept,training mechanism,national policy implementation)aspects,and put forward the corresponding,feasible strategiesand Suggestions from three levels of teachers,schools,the education system to promote the team construction of rural teachers in Chang-Zhu-Tan,improve the personnel traininglevel effectively,speed up the pace of the regional education modernization and education balanced development.
