The purpose of this thesis is to improve the teaching environment and the quality of education in modern primary and secondary schools,and to explore the relationship between the occupational stress faced by teachers there,personal emotional career and occupational happiness they perceived.According to the scientific basis,three questionnaires were formulated,which were filled out online and distributed on-site paper questionnaires among primary and secondary school teachers.There were630 questionnaires in total,617 valid ones returned.The recovery rate was98%.Research indicates:(1)The level of occupational stress,emotional intelligence and vocational happiness of teachers in primary and secondary schools is generally high(M>3).(2)There are significant differences among teachers' vocational happiness in genger(t=-2.00,p<0.05).And for occupational stress,the differences are vivid in the type(t=-4.51,p<0.01)the location(F=15.36,p<0.01)of the schools,and in whether to be a head teacher(t=-2.10,p<0.05).As for emotional intelligence,the differences are conspicuous in the location of schools(F=6.38,p<0.01).(3)There is a significantly negative relationship between occupational stress and vocational happiness among teachers in primary and secondary schools(r=-0.42,p<0.01).(4)There is a significantly positive relationship between emotional intelligence and vocational happiness among teachers in primary andsecondary school(r=0.29,p<0.01).(5)There is a significantly negative relationship between occupational stress and emotional intelligence among teachers in primary and secondary school(r=-0.30,p<0.01).(6)The emotional intelligence of primary and secondary school teachers has a partial mediating effect between primary and secondary school teachers' occupational stress and vocational happiness.(effect size=22%).Conclusion :(1)There is a significantly negative relationship between occupational stress and vocational happiness among teachers in primary and secondary schools.(2)There is a significantly positive relationship between emotional intelligence and vocational happiness among teachers in primary and secondary school.(3)There is a significantly negative relationship between occupational stress and emotional intelligence among teachers in primary and secondary schools.(4)The emotional intelligence of primary and secondary school teachers has a partial mediating effect between primary and secondary school teachers' occupational stress and vocational happiness.
