Study On Occupational Stress Of Managers In Vocational Colleges

With the vigorous development of Higher Vocational Education in recent years,the demand for higher vocational education is becoming more and more high.In January 13,2017,Chen Baosheng,the Minister of the Ministry of education,pointed out in the work report of the national education conference in 2017 that it is necessary to strengthen the support of the development of vocational education service and cultivate technical skills.We should speed up training a large number of high-quality workers with professional skills and craftsmen spirit.This is not only a higher requirement for the quality of higher vocational education,but also to higher vocational standards for teachers in higher vocational colleges.As a student manager in the teachers' system of higher vocational colleges,the corresponding requirements for their work are raised accordingly.This gives a complex and heavy task to the students.The people have brought great pressure.This paper analyzes the source of the pressure of the students' management in Higher Vocational Colleges by questionnaire,and combines the relevant theoretical research to determine the main source of the pressure of the students' management in higher vocational colleges,and analyze the internal correlation.At the same time,we use the stress scale method as the main research method to further analyze the different student managers.The pressure difference between the group members(gender,working years,age,title,education,survival and development,career prospects,etc.).This thesis is discussed from four parts.First,the connotation and theoretical basis of the pressure of the students' management in higher vocational colleges are combed,the concept of pressure and the definition of the pressure of the student management are defined,the negative pressure and the positive pressure in the pressure are explained respectively.Secondly,the occupational pressure of the research subjects is also discussed.The forecast and the compilation are expounded,and again,according to the questionnaire survey data,the six influencing factors affecting the pressure of the students' management in higher vocational colleges are discussed in detail.Finally,the feasible solutions to the current pressure situation of the students' management in higher vocational colleges are put forward.
