| The cohesion between secondary and higher vocational education is one of the important measures to construct modern vocational education system which not only provides the students of vocational colleges with the path of sustainable development,and trains a large number of high technical talents for the society.As one of the main modes of linking China’s secondary and higher vocational colleges,the "three and two" sub-sections provide an important way for secondary vocational school graduates to continue their study,increase the attraction of secondary vocational education,and effectively improve the efficiency of the allocation of educational resources between secondary vocational schools and higher vocational colleges.On the basis of the analysis of higher in the related literature at home and abroad,this study focuses on the current situations of the cohesion between secondary and higher vocational education higher in Guangdong province and investigate some vocational colleges in Guangdong which start the "three and two" sub-sections in order to analyze the status quo,found the problem,and explore the feasible effective development strategy as the goal.Besides,it is also provides targeted countermeasures for the effective connection and scientific development of the "three and two" sub-sections cohesion between secondary and higher vocational education.Through using the methods of literature research,comparative research,interview survey,questionnaire survey and so on,this paper grasped the status quo of the recruitment examination of the "three-two" talent training mode in Guangdong province,and made a detailed investigation in the aspects of talent training objectives,specialty setting,curriculum connection and teaching implementation.In the theoretical and empirical research,it is found that there are the following problems in the process of linking up the "three-two" talent cultivation mode in the higher vocational schools in Guangdong province: low threshold of enrollment,poor quality of students;The convergence of the major is not fully aligned,and the attraction is not strong;The target of cultivation is unclear and it is difficult to distinguish the levels.The course system is not connected,the course content overlaps or disconnects;teaching implementation effect is not good,supervision subject is unclear.The causes of these problems are as follows: the implementation of the "three and two" sub-section to section assessment scheme is not good;The classification of vocational education and vocational education;Lack of adequate and effective communication in the formulation of talent training programs;There is no unified curriculum standard for docking majors in higher vocational colleges;The absence of relevant policies and educational and teaching management systems.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the corresponding effective countermeasures: in the entrance examination,improve the "three and two" section examination and enrollment system,increase the publicity of enrollment,based on the scale of the enrollment plan,further improve the section evaluation system,establish the enrollment supervision mechanism;In terms of the setting of pilot specialties,we will improve the setting of "three and two" connecting specialties in sections,optimize the layout structure of docking specialties,appropriately set docking specialties in advance,and regularly issue the directory of vocational education guidance.In terms of the connection of the training objectives,the objectives of the "three and two" segmented talent training are defined,the hierarchy of the training objectives is clarified,and the training objectives are defined according to the needs of the enterprise.Connecting training objectives according to the law of career growth;In terms of curriculum connection,the "three and two" segmented integrated curriculum system is constructed,which connects the courses of middle and higher vocational colleges based on the vocational qualification level,designs the courses of middle and higher vocational colleges based on the standard of professional competence,and designs the courses of middle and higher vocational colleges based on the participation of multiple stakeholders.In the implementation of teaching,we should innovate the "three and two" teaching management mechanism,establish a perfect teaching management organization,establish a modern teaching management system,and establish a quality evaluation system for personnel training.Based on analysis of the above countermeasures,the paper summarizes and promotes excellent experiences and practices of the “three and two” sub-section cohesion between secondary and higher vocational education in Guangdong province in order to provide reference for national government departments to develop policies,ensure the development and extension of secondary vocational education,and make a bridge between secondary vocational education and higher vocational education. |
