This thesis selects 30 students from the 2017 level of physical education in the common class 1 and class 2 of volleyball in the School of Physical Education,Ningbo University as the experimental object.On the basis of no difference in physical ability,quality and ability,subgroup control method is adopted to carry out the application study of representation training method in front volleyball spiking teaching and explore the improvement of volleyball spiking teaching methods.The control group adopts the traditional spiking teaching method,and the experimental group adopts the teaching method of representation training before class,between class and after class,on the basis of traditional spiking teaching and with the help of photography,data model,modern multimedia and other forms.All kinds of data measured before and after the experiment were analyzed by using Excel and SPSS17.0statistical software to analyze cross-sectional data analysis and cross-sectional data analysis and intra-group longitudinal data analysis,and to analyze the effects of different groups of teaching experiments.The results show that :(1)Imagery training is an effective way to improve,innovate and break through traditional teaching and training methods.Imagery training can effectively integrate kinesthetic imagery,visual imagery and imaginary imagery in practical training,providing scientific and reasonable theoretical basis and practical approach for the improvement,innovation and breakthrough of teaching and training methods.(2)Imagery training is an effective method to improve the effect and level of smash in volleyball training.It is helpful to improve students' success rate of spiking,control level of drop point,coherence and proficiency of spiking.(3)Imagery training is an effective method to fully activate subjective and objective potential and creativity.The combination of appearance training and traditional teaching methods greatly improves students' learning interest and imitation ability,and activates students' potential and creativity,which is conducive to optimizing teaching effect,improving teaching quality and shortening teaching cycle.
