Maria Montessori is a famous female educator in Italy.She has formed a self-contained theoretical system in her deep basic knowledge and pragmatic teaching practices.The idea of teacher education is an indispensable part of the Montessori education system.She not only has her own unique views on teacher education,but also has outstanding contributions in the field of practices.Montessori has trained a team of professional teachers.This team is the only teacher group named after the name of the international teacher education field—Montessori teacher.The cultivation of this special group of teachers is also different from the regular teacher training,which forms a unique teacher training system.Through the overall grasp of Montessori's thoughts on teacher education,this paper presents the whole picture of its practice development process,traces the latest practice process,draws lessons from it,and hopes to enlighten and enrich the enrichment and practice of Chinese teacher education theory.This thesis begins with the origin of Montessori teacher education thought and expounds the background and theoretical basis of the formation of Montessori teacher education thought.Secondly,it comprehensively sorts out the main content of Montessori teacher's thoughts,and interprets its views on teacher roles,teacher responsibilities,teachers' professional quality,teacher-student relationship,and teacher training.Then,it focuses on how Montessori teacher education thoughts are embodied in practice.The international Montessori Association and the Montessori Teacher Education Accreditation Committee are the main lines to interpret the current Montessori teacher training methods and processes.Wait.Finally,on the basis of expounding the influence and contribution of Montessori teacher education thought and practice to Western countries,by expounding the dissemination and influence of its teacher education thought and practice in China,combined with the reality of the current development of the teacher industry in China,several constructive suggestions are put forward.
