With the in-depth development of teachers' professionalization,the role of teachers as researchers is widely recognized by people.Research literacy,as an important part of teachers' professional literacy,has also been highly valued by people.This study intends to carry out research on the research literacy of the kindergarten teachers,which is an important force of the kindergarten teachers.This is of great significance for improving the overall level of kindergarten teachers' quality and promoting the professional development of kindergarten teachers.This study takes the backbone teachers of kindergartens in Fujian Province as the research object,and randomly selects 130 kindergarten teachers to issue questionnaires,and conduct in-depth interviews with 5 kindergarten teachers.Combining the literature method and the text analysis method,this paper investigates the status quo of research literacy from the four dimensions of research consciousness,research knowledge,research ability and research leadership,and then explores and expounds its existing problems,its causes and training strategies.The research results show that the research literacy of kindergarten teachers mainly has the following problems: Although the kindergarten teachers have strong research consciousness,they are motivated by motivation;although they have the enthusiasm for participating in research,they are easy to be afraid;Although there is a certain research ability,but the ability structure is unbalanced;although there are demonstration-led conscious,the results are average.Based on this,this study explores the causes of the above problems,including: the education level of kindergarten teachers is generally low;external professional support is not deep enough;the effect of on-the-job training is not good;the kindergarten research guarantee system is not perfect.Finally,this study proposes countermeasures from the perspectives of key teachers,kindergartens,and continuing education institutions:(1)transforming educational research concepts and strengthening theoretical learning;(2)combining internal and external resources,innovative research forms;(3)improving research The security system enriches the research environment;(4)Improve the continuing educationmechanism and enhance the effectiveness of training.
