In recent years,educational discipline has become a hot issue in the society.In2017,the administrative measures for primary and secondary schools in Qingdao promulgated by the Qingdao municipal government included educational "discipline" in local regulations for the first time.The hot discussion about educational discipline on the Internet has aroused the interest and thinking of researchers: what is the kindergarten teachers' opinion on educational discipline? Especially novice teachers,how do they understand educational discipline? What measures will be taken in the face of children's wrong behavior? To answer these questions,the researchers decided to go further.In this study,case study method was adopted to select three novice teachers of senior grade of kindergarten from garden J and garden S as research objects.On the basis of the existing literature and in combination with the needs of this study,the researcher revised the checklist of educational disciplinary behavior of kindergarten teachers and conducted a two-week observation on three novice teachers respectively,and a total of 226 educational disciplinary behaviors were observed.In order to understand the status of novice teachers' educational disciplinary behavior,the observed educational disciplinary behavior is presented from six dimensions:educational disciplinary situation,disciplinary mode,disciplinary object,disciplinary time,children's reaction to teacher's disciplinary behavior,and disciplinary result.In the interview outline of kindergarten teachers' educational discipline concept.The researcher conducted semi-structured interviews with 3 novice teachers and analyzed the interview data by category analysis,so as to understand the current situation of novice teachers' educational discipline concept.This study analyzes and discusses the situation of educational discipline,the stability of educational discipline behavior,the tacitness of educational discipline concept,and the difference ofeducational discipline concept and behavior.The following research conclusions are drawn: 1.Educational discipline is situational,that is teachers' educational discipline behavior and discipline concept are situational;2.The stability of educational disciplinary behavior affects the disciplinary effect;3.There are different degrees of differences between novice teachers' educational discipline concepts and educational discipline behaviors.
