With the development of economy,people's demand for tourism is becoming normalization.China has entered the mass tourism era,accompanied by the continuous development of related industries.As the most important part of tourism,the hotel industry has a broad market in the future.As the foundation of hotel industry development,hotel talents' importance is obvious.Hotel talents of secondary vocational school are an important source of grass-roots strength in the hotel industry,so the quality of training directly determines the hotel's service quality,and then affects the quality of tourism.Since the establishment of the first tourism secondary school in 1978,the hotel talents' education in secondary vocational schools has gone through more than 40 years.It has been generally accepted that the training of hotel talents in secondary vocational schools requires school-enterprise cooperation.However,how to effectively achieve joint education is still a question worthy of study.This study begins with the difficulties encountered by the author in the training process of hotel talents in secondary vocational school.Through interview with professional teachers and students of hotel(tourism)in Fujian secondary vocational school and the hotel staffs,sum up the present situation of hotel talents training in Fujian secondary vocational school from seven aspects,such as the concept of talents training,the way of curriculum setting and the teaching system,and then analyse and summarize the existing problems.Choose two representative countries with developed hotel industry from the two camps of modern apprenticeship in the West: Switzerland and Australia.By using the " four-step comparative method",I collect relevant documents of the two countries to describe their modern apprenticeship system first,then analyse the educational phenomena appearing in the data and reveal the influencing factors and their relationships.From the three dimensions of background,form and function,the framework is juxtaposed to find similarities and differences.Comparing,summarizing and refining the advanced experience of the two countries.Combining with the actual situation of Fujian Province,a new mode of hotel talent training in vocational school is constructed,which conforms to the national and provincial conditions.
