The Jingjinji Zone is China’s political and cultural center, within the context of the national strategy for regional development, its important position and role continue to highlight. In 2013 this area was promoted to the country’s main functional areas, it has taken on the task of our country’s economic growth in the third pole. and became a new driving force of China’s economic and social sustainable development. 2014 integrated development of The Jingjinji Zone ushered in a new historic opportunity, Jingjinji coordinated development strategy has been elevated to the height of the national strategy. CPC General Secretary Xi Jinping, attaches great importance to it and promotes it actively. So the collaborative development of the Jingjinji zone entered a substantive stage of development. On the regional education cooperative development,The Ministry of Education to make it as one of the priorities for 2015, that “promote the implementation of research to formulate opinions on coordinated development of Jingjinji education”. How to build a long-term supply mechanism for regional talent, and boost regional economic growth, has become a major issue for the area of higher education.Jingjinji regional higher education cooperation and joint development started early, but rarely harvest. The reasons are manifold, some are because of administrative barriers’ hindered, some are because of the low liquidity in elements of resources, some are because of the concerns of the longer period on synergies’ emerging, etc. In the new period, the main higher education bodies in this region have had a better understanding of joint development, and are exploring the effective way to joint development actively. In this context, research on how to achieve coordinated development of Jingjinji higher education, has become the basis for the project which can promote national strategies for Jingjinji coordinated development to the effective implement.The title of this paper is the research on Jingjinji higher education collaborative development strategy, it is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is an introduction, including background and research overview. Described the urgency and necessity of coordinated development of Jingjinji Higher Education, Put the summary of the integration of research and higher education reform in the Jingjinji Zone as a starting point for my research. On the basis of existing theories and studies, I decided the thinking space of this research. In the second chapter, I sort out and analyze the current Situation and deficiencies of the Jingjinji coordinated development of higher education. Combing and analysis of the strategic choice of Jingjinji economy and society, to fully explore its development aspirations in the field of higher education. Collation and analysis the practice of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei in the field of higher education coordinated development, Discovery there is room for improvement between the fit of the practice and the demands. The third chapter is a review of the experience of domestic and foreign coordinated development of higher education. Put the Yangtze River Delta region and the European Higher Education Area as an object, summarized their practice and experience in collaborative development of higher education, Explored the implications for the coordinated development of Jingjinji Higher Education. In the fourth chapter,I discusses the specific path to achieve the collaborative development strategy of Jingjinji higher education in details. On this basis, I put forward the feasible method, that is to build the ecosystem and enhancing the synergies with the outside environment, to achieve the goals of Jingjinji coordinated development of higher education.
