With the rapid development of information technology in the new century,the competition in the world is becoming more and more intense.The competition of the national comprehensive strength is the competition of science and technology,and the competition of science and technology comes down to the competition of talents.Colleges and universities are the base for training talents in the country.They not only collect talents from different disciplines,but also serve as the cradle of talent growth in the future.In order to master the talents in the future,the government must pay great attention to the management of colleges and universities,and the management of human resources in Colleges and universities is the most important.This paper mainly studies and analyzes the human resources management in Colleges and universities,using the basic theory of human resources management in industry and commerce,and taking NCGC College as an example to make a comprehensive analysis.This article first introduces the research background and significance of this paper,the research status at home and abroad are summarized,and pointed out the research significance of innovation;and analyzes and defines the meaning of human resources and human capital,and the characteristics of human resource management in Colleges and universities are analyzed,a solid theoretical foundation for the full text of the writing play.At the same time,combined with the current situation and problems of human resource management in NCGC college,mainly from the teaching staff and the teaching environment of college status: human resource management concept,the low efficiency of human resource allocation,human resources management is not standard,the performance evaluation system and salary system is unreasonable,the ratio of students to teachers' structure and imbalance.High levels of staff turnover;the problems of human resource management on human resource management system,management concept,configuration of the loss of talent,and personnel training and other aspects of the school are in a deep analysis;in view of the above problems,the corresponding solving strategy,including the innovation of university human resource management,strategic planning optimizing the allocation of human resources,improve the human resource management mechanism,improve the performance appraisal system,the establishment of colleges and Universities Scientific virtuous circle mechanism of talents and perfect training mechanism of talents.Job analysis and job evaluation according to NCGC college personnel,using the method of quantitative calculation,using mathematical model and method of teachers' teaching work and scientific research achievements in digital description,econometric model and research results establish the teaching performance,establishing the scientific personnel performance appraisal system for teachers,job performance quantitative analysis for the optimization of university human resources management further,effective allocation of university human resources,increase the university human resource development efforts,actively mobilize the masses of workers,has a positive role in promoting the development of higher education in china.
