| With the acceleration of national industrial upgrading and economic restructuring,China's demand for professional talents is becoming more and more urgent,and the importance of vocational education is becoming more and more prominent.In April 2019,the state council issued the implementation plan of the national vocational education reform,a programmatic document on the reform of vocational education at the national level."Vocational education and general education are two different types of education,with equal importance",which further clarifies the position of vocational education at the national level and is of great significance to promoting the development of vocational education.With the continuous development of vocational education,the scale and number of vocational colleges are increasing year by year,and the student group of vocational colleges is also growing.As the bud of vocational talents,students' learning attitude will directly affect the level of learning and the quality of professional talents.At present,there are some problems in students' learning attitude,such as weariness and truancy.In view of the previous studies on learning attitude by scholars mainly focused on universities and primary and secondary schools,and the studies on learning attitude of secondary vocational students were scarce,the author studied the learning attitude of secondary vocational students and its influencing factors.On the one hand,it can supplement relevant researches in the field of vocational education;On the other hand,it is of great significance to improve students' learning attitude and education quality.In this study,537 valid questionnaires were analyzed in four secondary vocational schools in Tianjin,Hebei,Hubei and Zhejiang by using the questionnaire on learning attitude of secondary vocational students compiled by Wang Lijuan as the survey tool.The results showed that the cognitive level of learning attitude was the highest and the behavioral tendency was the lowest.Different grades,the average daily mobile phone usage time,class character,family communication frequency of secondary vocational students in general learning attitude and the three dimensions have significant differences,employment and entrance class students in general learning attitude and emotional experience and behavior dimensions are significant differences,there was no significant difference in cognitive level dimension;There are significant differences between the only-child and the non-only-child in the dimension of learning emotional experience,but there are no significant differences in other aspects.There was no significant difference in the overall learning attitude and three dimensions between different grades and between urban and rural areas.Through the questionnaire survey and interview research,the author classified the factors influencing students' learning attitude into six aspects,including learning attitude,self-controlability,curriculum setting,teacher-student relationship,family atmosphere and parents' expectation.Based on the results of this study and related previous studies,the author puts forward some Suggestions for improving students' learning attitude in secondary vocational schools.Develop good study habits;Optimizing the curriculum;To build a harmonious teacher-student relationship;Parents raise reasonable expectations;Create a warm family atmosphere. |
