Learning burnout is the negative attitude and behavior of students who are bored with learning due to excessive learning pressure or lack of interest in learning.Subjective well-being is the overall evaluation of an individual's life status based on his own evaluation criteria for the world.In other words,it is a personal cognition and experience.Now,Chinese undergraduates are the group with the highest risk of suicide,and the problem of academic burnout in this group has not been well resolved.Undergraduates' learning burnout and subjective well-being affect not only their mental health but also their academic status.Therefore,it is significant to study the current situation of undergraduates' learning burnout and subjective well-being,and to explore the relationship between them.Based on combing the concepts,influencing factors,measurement tools,and related research progress of learning burnout and subjective well-being.This research took Tianjin undergraduates as the research object and used questionnaires to investigate their learning burnout and subjective well-being.Through this empirical research,the author knows about the learning burnout and subjective well-being status of undergraduates,and the relationship between them.The results of this research are:1.Undergraduates' learning burnout is at a moderately high level.In addition,their subjective well-being is at a moderately low level.2.Undergraduates' learning burnout has significant differences in school type,grade,specialty type,and scholarship acquisition status.Their subjective well-being has significant differences in school type,home location,and love status.3.Undergraduates' learning burnout is significantly negative correlated with subjective well-being.Moreover,subjective well-being can significantly negative predict academic burnout.4.Good quality school life,harmonious interpersonal relationships and good self-health all can strengthen the negative impact of subjective well-being on undergraduates' learning burnout.This research analyses the reasons.Therefore,this research puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions: First,improve the learning atmosphere of campus.Second,pay attention to the psychological development of students.
