In order to analyze the relationship between Learning Burnout, learning procrastination and subjective well-being, the author applies the literature research method, questionnaire survey method and quantitative analysis to make further analysis of the research. The analysis tool of SPSS18.0is used to analyze the relationship of the variables using first hand data and there comes the main conclusion as followed:first, the variable of Learning Burnout has significant negative effect on subjective well-being and all the three aspects of Learning Burnout (low mood, misfeasance and low achievement) have significant negative effect on subjective well-being. Second, students’ learning procrastination has significant negative effect on subjective well-being and significant positive effect on Learning Burnout, and it also has full mediation effect between Learning Burnout and subjective well-being. This result contributes a lot in our future research of improving university students’ subjective well-being.
