| Under the background of the reform of the national high school entrance examination,the students’ physical performance has direct connection with the senior high school entrance examination.Therefor,volleyball,as an important part of the high school entrance examination,which makes more and more children,parents and teachers pay more attention to the family sports homework.According to the requirements of the reform of physical education in the middle school entrance examination and the actual needs of students,the homework should be designed to make the assignment and implementation more scientific,complete and targeted.To provide some theoretical basis and suggestions for studying the influence of family sports homework on students’ sports performance and interest in sports learning,and for the future reform of middle school entrance examination and innovation of family sports homework.Through the methods of literature,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics,this study conducted an experiment on 100 students who participated in the sports events of the middle school entrance examination in Grade 8 of the secondary school affiliated to Yunnan Normal University.The students were divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 25 boys and 25 girls in each group.The intervention experiment was conducted for 12 weeks,Get the influence of homework on students’ basic physical performance,volleyball skills and sports learning interest,and draw the following conclusions.(1)By comparing the basic physical performance,the results of one-minute rope skipping and solid ball throwing in the control group were improved,and there was significant difference(P<0.01).The results of the 1000m/800 m run were not significantly improved,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).After the intervention of family sports homework,the results of rope skipping in the experimental group improved one minute,with a significant difference(P<0.05),and the results of throwing solid ball also improved,with a significant difference(P<0.01).The control group and the experimental group were compared again.There was no significant difference between the control group and the experimental group in the results of one-minute rope skipping,1000m/800 m running and solid ball throwing(P>0.05).(2)By comparing the volleyball skill scores,the scores of the control group’s pad and self-pass across the net have improved significantly(P<0.05),while the scores of the self-pass across the net have no significant improvement and difference(P>0.05).In the experimental group,after the intervention of family sports,the scores of the four items,namely,the ball pad,the ball pass through the net,the ball pad through the net,and the ball serve,were improved,with a significant difference(P<0.01).After that,the results of the experimental group and the control group were analyzed and found that compared with the control group,the results of the test group and the self-pass net forward pass and serve were significantly improved(P<0.05),while the results of the self-pass net forward pass were not significantly different(P>0.05).(3)There was a significant difference in the improvement of the students’ participation in sports in the control group(p<0.05),autonomy and inquiry,and there was a significant difference in the improvement of the students’ active interest in sports learning and their attention to sports(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the negative interest in sports learning and their understanding of sports(P>0.05).The experimental group students’ negative interest in sports learning,positive interest in sports learning,autonomous and exploratory learning,attention to sports,and understanding of sports have improved significantly(P<0.01),and the improvement of sports participation has significant difference(P<0.05).Finally,through the comparison between the control group and the experimental group after the experiment,the results of the negative interest in sports learning in the experimental group were improved compared with the control group,and there was a significant difference(p<0.05),There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in terms of sports participation and attention to sports(p>0.05).Gender is also the main factor that affects sports interest.Therefore,after the experiment,male and female sports interests are compared.The specific results are as follows: boys are better than girls in the four dimensions of negative interest in sports learning,positive interest in sports learning,sports participation and attention to sports,with significant differences(p<0.01),There was significant difference(p<0.05),but there was no significant difference between boys and girls in the dimension of understanding of sports(p>0.05).(4)There is a significant positive correlation between family sports homework and sports learning interest(p<0.05),which is specifically shown in the following four tasks: one-minute
