With the deepening of the basic education reform,the requirements of the class teacher are getting higher and higher.It is not enough to define the class teacher as the manager,but the class teacher should be the leader of the class group and lead the class group to develop continuously with leadership.C city in Hebei province is a densely populated city with numerous students.The primary school stage is a critical period for students to learn basic knowledge and form good habits,and also an important stage for psychological development.How to improve the class teacher's leadership and lead the class to achieve the goal of the class has become another problem troubling the class teachers.This study adopts the method of combining theoretical research and investigation research,taking the class teachers and students of two primary schools in C city of Hebei Province as the research object,to understand the current situation,problems and causes of the class teachers' leadership of primary schools in C city,and to put forward the promotion strategies of the class teachers' leadership based on the reasons,in order to enhance the level of elementary class teachers' leadership in C city.This research includes three parts: the introduction,the main body and the conclusion,of which the main body is composed of four chapters.Chapter one clarifies the connotation and extension of the leadership of primary school head teachers by combing the relevant theories.Analyze the origin and significance of the leadership of primary school head teachers and provide the basis for the follow-up research.The second chapter analyzes the current situation of the leadership of class teachers in primary school in C city through questionnaires,including overall analysis,difference analysis,dimension analysis and specific problems.The third chapter focuses on the specific problems presented by the leadership of class teachers in primary schools in C city,and 20 first-line head teachers were interviewed to extract and summarize the deep-seated causes of the problems.The fourth chapter,based on the analysis of the causes of the specific problems in the leadership of the primary school class teachers in C city,proposes targeted strategies to improve the leadership of primary school head teachers.
