A class teacher is an organizer, an leader and an educator of aclass, and also the main teacher who can care all the students roundly.New curriculum reform has close relationship with and class teacherswork. The work of the class teacher plays more important role than everbut presents more challenge.Currently, some scholars and experts have begun to study the leadship of all the principles and teachers but seldom do they have anystudy on the primary school class teachers leadership. According to thedevelopment, we should explore and study the class teachersleadership systematically in theory and practical application. This paperis to be written in it and from this perspective. We do research onprimary school head teacher leadership and analyze it from the termsof education management, based on the surrounding school. On thebasis of exploring the connotation of the class teachers leadership,improving the professional development of all the class teachers,promoting harmonious development of students and improving classmanagement performance, here we proposed some ways to buildclass teachers leadership. There are four parts.Part1: Introduction Aiming to discuss the purpose, the significance,the ideas and the methods of the "primary school class teachersleadership", this part is to give a brief introduction to it.Part2: Exploring the connotation, the inscape and the basicconcept of the issue about "Primary school class teacher".Part3: Choosing some teachers and pupils working in primaryschools to do a questionnaire about class teachers leadership,analyzing the primary school teachers leadership, and describing thepresent situation of them, with the help of combining the quantitativeanalysis and qualitative analysis. Part4: Analyzing the present situation about the lack ofprimary school teachers leadership, and proposing some basicstrategies of class teachers leadership promoting.This paper sets an example of "Z" school, through the study ofprimary class teacher leadership and the analysis of present situationand problem, we try to reveal the nature of the problem and to find outthe causes of them, so as to perfect the management the and theleading of the class, which help the administration sections of schoolguide and manage the group of class teachers properly.
