In China,the head teacher of primary school is a special group of Teachers.They have critical mission of strengthening morality education.They are directly responsible for the overall development of students and spiritual care.The educational trend of globalization,openness and diversification in the new era makes the head teacher need to change the way of students' leadership or management.The key to the effective performance of the head teacher's leadership lies in the shift from the traditional "management for order" to "leadership for freedom".This study adopts the research method of educational narrative,taking an excellent primary school head teacher as the research object,to trace and narrate the whole "generation process" of the head teacher's leadership,and to explore the real significance and value behind the head teacher leadership process of H teacher.The introduction includes four aspects.Firstly,the raise of the question and the significance of the study.Secondly,the review of domestic and foreign research and the review of existing research deficiencies.Thirdly,study design includes the selection of research objects,research methods,ethical issues and innovation points.Finally,the detailed development of the study process includes the use of research tools,the collection and collation of research data and research ideas.The first chapter mainly includes two aspects.Firstly,the definition of core concepts,including leadership,head teacher,primary school head teacher leadership.Secondly,Sorting out the theoretical basis of the leadership of the head teacher,including the five force model of leadership,the theory of moral leadership of Saciovanni and the theory of teacher professional development stage of Ye Lan team.The second chapter mainly studies the generation process of H head teacher's leadership.Firstly,the growth process of H teacher is divided into five stages: the growth period of childishness,the period of normal education,the period of first term adaptation,the period of career exploration and the period of competence promotion.Secondly,the practice picture of H teacher's head teacher leadership is sorted out.It includes teaching and management power(teaching power,management monitoring power),professional ability(Education decisiveness,interpersonal communication,education foresight),spiritual influence(personality charm,emotional appeal,value leading power).Thirdly,it sums up three generation characteristics of H teacher's leadership: interaction,dynamic and stage.The third chapter is to explore the generation mechanism of the head teacher leadership of H teacher.Firstly,from the five dimensions of individual experience,personal characteristics,values,important others and school culture system,this paper explores the internal and external factors that influence the generation of H head teacher leadership.Secondly,explore the formation mechanism of H head teacher leadership.In order to make the exploration process more clear,this study constructs a generation mechanism model,and then explains the generation mechanism of H head teacher leadership from three aspects: the basic path of generation,the generated power cycle and the generated basic guarantee.The part of summary and reflection mainly includes two aspects.Firstly,it summarizes the multiple connotations behind the generation of H head teacher leadership,the generation conditions of internal and external communication,and the generation ways of H head teacher leadership.Secondly,it is the reflection of the study.
