In the past thirty years,scholars from various countries have made some achievements in the theoretical and empirical research of teacher teaching leadership,but there are still some shortcomings.First of all,the choice of research objects is mostly limited to the principal.Teachers as the main body of teaching leadership have not yet attracted widespread academic attention.Their theories such as their essence and constituent elements have not been fully studied.Secondly,most of the existing researches on teacher's teaching leadership use quantitative research methods.There are few qualitative research methods,especially the narrative research use qualitative research methods,which go deep into the teachers' individual lives.It is rare use their experiences to the form of narrative development.The elementary school stage is the early preparation period for students 'learning career.It is the critical period for the development of students' intelligence and thinking.Primary school teachers are the mainstay of the compulsory education stage.Therefore,it is very important to study the teaching leadership of primary school teachers.According to the characteristics of individual differences,implicitness and situational of teachers 'teaching leadership,this article uses narrative research method to sort out the experience of teachers' teaching leadership in research subjects,and select three teachers as the research objects to summarize commonality of leadership experience.Deep into the lives and work of the three teachers,"listening" to their special experiences of professional development,and conducted open interviews with other fellow teachers.In a chat interview,it tried to tease out the formation and characteristics of teaching leadership,and how this teaching leadership is exerted.Analyzing the development of the teaching leadership influencing factors of the three teachers,and according to it put forward the promotion strategy teaching leadership of the primary school teachers.It is hoped that front-line teachers will have a clear understanding of teachers 'teaching leadership and provide a reference for primary school teachers to improve their teaching leadership at the same time.It is hoped that the training of primary school teachers' teaching leadership has aroused widespread concern from all sectors of society.The part of introduction introduces research issues,goals,meanings and innovations.It combs relevant literature on teaching leadership at home and abroad and elaborates research design in terms of research methods,ideas,and selection of objects.First,in the first part,the four core concepts of "leadership","teacher leadership","teaching leadership",and "teacher teaching leadership" are defined on the basis of a literature review,and elaborate theoretical knowledge of leadership theory,teacher professional development theory,five-leadership model of leadership which is used in the research.Secondly,the second part is to reappear the formation of teacher's teaching leadership from the three stages of pre-service education,adaptation and development and stability period.Thirdly,the third part analyzes the characteristics of the subject's teaching leadership formation: "benevolence","motivation" and "cooperation".Fourth,the fourth part mainly expounds research teaching leadership of the research object from the five dimensions of teacher teaching leadership: teachers' teaching foresight,which is mainly manifested in the grasp of teachers' teaching goals and the establishment of a common vision;teachers' teaching decision-making ability,it mainly shows the teacher's Teaching wit;teacher's teaching control ability,it shows by the teacher's self-control,the creation of a good atmosphere and the control of the students in the teaching process;teacher's teaching appeal it is manifested by the teacher's affinity in the teaching process;teacher's teaching influence Power,it manifested as teachers' motivation and role model.Next,by the collation and analysis of the data in the fifth part,it is concluded that the factors affecting the development of the teaching leadership of the study object mainly come from three aspects: the personal characteristics of the teacher are internal motivations,including the love of students,consciousness of introspection,belief life-long education,etc.,family influence is spiritual support;united and progressive campus culture is cultural nourishment,including the support of principals,the construction of the school system and cultural environment,the guidance and help of peer teachers,and inter-school joint teaching and research.Finally,by combing the teaching leadership of the research object,this paper proposes strategies for improving the teaching leadership of primary school teachers: one is to stimulate teachers' positive professional emotions;the second is to improve teachers' independent development ability;the third is to strengthen the principal's support for teachers;the fourth is create a good campus cultural atmosphere;the fifth create a culture of collaboration and cooperation between schools.
