| The strategy for a 100-year plan of one country is based on education,and the strategy of education is based on teachers.Qualified and stable teachers are a strong guarantee of teaching quality.In recent years,the phenomenon of the loss of teachers in public high schools in Handan is relatively prominent,which seriously affects the stability of the teachers' team,and then affects the quality of teaching in the school.Based on the long-term concern about high school education and teacher turnover,this paper studies the problem of teacher loss in public high schools in Handan.First of all,this study combs and analyzes the research results of domestic and foreign research on the loss of teachers in public high schools at home and abroad by consulting the attention and academic papers of experts and scholars in the field related to the loss of teachers,and lays the necessary foundation for the further study of the thesis.Secondly,the current situation of teacher turnover in public high schools in Handan is investigated and analyzed,and the interview method,data analysis method,questionnaire survey method,logistic regression analysisand so on are used to understand the characteristics and factors of the loss of teachers in public high schools in Handan,and on this basis,further analyze the reasons for the loss of teachers.Finally,on the basis of pest-swot model,from the political,economic,social and technical aspects,as well as the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of further analysis,to provide a practical basis for the study of the loss of teachers in Handan public high schoolIt is found that in Handan public high school,the loss of teachers is mainly related to education background,age,professional title and whether they are enrolled or not.Finally,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to deal with the loss of teachers in public schools: establish a "dynamic management" system of educational establishment,strengthen the management of hired teachers,reform the existing performance-based pay system,strengthen the incentive role of performance-based pay,strengthen the construction of economic policy tilt and teacher loss compensation mechanism,build a good educational environment,andpromote the balanced development of public and private schools. |
