According to the viewpoint of modern educational psychology,the healthy development of human beings is the unity of psychology and physiology.Middle school is a very important stage in the process of personal growth,and its learning situation has an important impact on students' future development.The academic performance of middle school students is influenced by intelligence and non-intelligence factors,and the non-intelligence factors have a great influence on the process and result of cognition,and play a long-term role in the development of intelligence.This study focuses on the investigation of the influence of non-intelligence factors on junior high school students' learning,taking the rural junior high school students in Tuanfeng County,Huanggang City as an example,to investigate the influence of various factors on junior high school students' mathematics learning.Based on the questionnaire compiled by Wang Guangming,the study divides the non-intelligence factors into five dimensions: emotion(emotional stability,learning efficacy,learning anxiety),motivation(achievement need,cognitive motivation,external motivation),character(competitive spirit,questioning spirit),attitude(mathematics view,learning responsibility,learning belief),will(persistence,self-discipline).This paper first defines the concept of non-intelligence factors,explains the relationship between non-intelligence factors and intelligence factors,points out the value of non-intelligence factors and summarizes the relevant theories,and the research results and literature in this field.Through questionnaire and on-the-spot interview,taking the rural junior high school students in Tuanfeng County of Huanggang City as the survey object,we can understand the specific situation of the non-intelligence factors and the actual mathematics learning situation of the rural junior high school students,and will process the data collected through the questionnaire survey.Through the use of SPSS 20.0 statistical software,the survey data were analyzed(descriptive analysis,difference analysis and correlation analysis).It was found that there was a correlation between non-intelligence factors and junior high school students' mathematics learning performance,which verified the impact of non-intelligence factors on rural junior high school students' mathematics learning.The results show that:(1)the overall level of rural students' academic performance in Tuanfeng County lags behind the average;(2)the dimensions of gender differences are mainly reflected in cognitive motivation;(3)there is no significant gender difference in rural junior high school students' mathematical performance;(4)there is a strong positive correlation between emotion,motivation,character,attitude and will and rural junior high school students' mathematical performance;(5)there is an approximate linear relationship between mathematics achievement and non-intelligence factors,which can be expressed by linear equation.Through interviews with some students and teachers,we can understand teachers' attention to students' non-intelligence factors in teaching and how to deal with the differences between students' non-intelligence factors.At the same time,we can directly verify the impact of non-intelligence factors on their mathematics learning through the actual performance of students' non-intelligence factors.Combined with the results of statistical analysis and interviews,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to use non-intelligence factors to promote the improvement of students' academic performance and the development of mathematical ability.
