As one of the important teaching methods,situational teaching method is introduced into the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior high school,which can greatly stimulate students' interest in this course,harmonize the feelings between teachers and students,and improve the teaching effect of morality and rule of law.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and research value to study the application of situational teaching method in the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior high school.This paper is divided into five parts.In the first part,the introduction expounds the research background and significance of this paper.By digging into the research status of situational teaching method in junior middle school law teaching at home and abroad,it finds out the key points and writing direction of this paper,and analyzes the innovation and research shortcomings.The second part explains the main characteristics of the basic connotation of situational teaching method,summarizes the theoretical basis of situational teaching method from philosophy and pedagogy,and summarizes the main types and basic requirements of situational teaching method.The third part discusses the basic characteristics of junior middle school law teaching and the demands of The Times,and narrates the necessity of the application of situational teaching method in junior middle school law teaching.The fourth part analyzes the main problems and causes in the application of situational teaching method in junior middle school.The fifth part,from the four aspects of improving the cognition of teachers and students,strengthening the research on development and utilization,exploring teaching methods and establishing scientific evaluation standards,puts forward the ways and methods of applying situational teaching method in junior middle school law teaching.
