| The aim placement and implementation path of rule of law education in the national education system are further specified in the Youth Rule of Law Education Syllabus,which was promulgated in 2016.The notion of the rule of law is one of the fundamental literacy components of the ideology and politics subject,according to the Curriculum Standards for Morality and the Rule of Law in Compulsory Education(Edition 2022).and fostering a sense of the rule of law among junior high school pupils as a curriculum objective.In the contemporary study of Civics and Politics,it is crucial to examine how to increase students’ knowledge of the rule of law and how to make rule of law education more successful in junior high school curricula on morality and the rule of law.The innovation of teaching techniques is the key to rule of law education’s success,and the mock court teaching technique is a crucial technique to raise the standard and effectiveness of rule of law education.which is crucial for changing ideological teaching ideas,fostering a lively environment in the classroom,and enhancing the quality of teacher-student interaction,and the implementation of course objectives.Therefore,the implementation of the new curriculum concept,the promotion of the new curriculum reform,the pursuit of the overall development of students,and cultivate students’ rule of law spirit and practical ability,it is necessary to apply the moot court teaching method in the junior high school Morality and Law course.In order to better understand the theoretical foundations of the moot court teaching technique,such as the Marxist view of practice,subjectivity education theory,and constructivism theory,this paper first clarifies the concept of moot court teaching.Second,we analyze the current state of the moot court teaching method in junior high school morality and rule of law courses in China through a questionnaire survey based on the author’s teaching experience and interviews with some junior high school students and teachers of civics and political science.Case study and interview methods,It includes the application effect,application dilemma and cause of problems of the moot court teaching method.Then,on the basis of the status quo analysis and problem of concise,from the teaching subject,teaching idea,teaching environment and so on aspects to boost moot court teaching method application of the path of the effective measures.Finally,with the case of "Making Good Use of Law",Unit 2,Lesson 5,Unit 1 of "Morality and Rule of Law",Grade 8,combined with practical teaching practice,this paper comprehensively presents the application ideas,application process,application strategy and application effect of moot court teaching method from three teaching links: preparation before class,teaching in class and summary after class.For the middle school ideological and political course practice in the application of the moot court teaching method,make an in-depth exploration,provide useful reference. |
