"Moral and the rule of law" is compulsory compulsory education system of moral education and the rule of law education compulsory courses.Situational teaching method,highlighting the students' participation,focusing on rational integration,And "moral and rule of law" class emphasizes moral cultivation and the quality of the rule of law to develop with the inherent fit.It is of great significance to enrich and perfect the existing teaching theory and optimize teaching in the seventh grade "moral and rule of law" course,combining with the characteristics of the seventh grade students.Situational teaching thought has a long history,but as a teaching method is with the cognitive psychology,tacit knowledge theory and other education and teaching theory after the gradual development of the system was able to promote the use of.Situational teaching method is a kind of teaching method which integrates various educational teaching ideas.It has the characteristics of paying attention to the openness of the teaching scene situation,paying attention to the students' emotional experience and emphasizing the interaction of full participation.In this paper,the teaching situation in the course of "moral and rule of law" is divided into three types: transitional context,classroom experience type and life reproduction type,combining with the characteristics of "moral and rule of law" and various teaching links.At present,in the teaching practice of situational teaching in the classroom of "moral and rule of law",there are some problems such as the introduction of context creation,the lack of experience in situational creation and therandomization of situational life,which leads to the inefficiency or inefficiency of situation creation.The main reason for these problems is the continuous effect of "imparting-accepting" teaching inertia,the formative evaluation mechanism is not yet perfect,and the teaching organization ability of some teachers is still lacking.It is necessary to further optimize the teaching strategies,update the educational and teaching ideas,improve and perfect the teaching evaluation mechanism,and improve the teaching organization and design ability of the teachers in the seventh grade "moral and the rule of law" classroom.
