Wushu is one of the excellent traditional Chinese culture,which has profound cultural connotation and educational value of educating people with Wushu.Since modern times,under the impact of western competitive sports,Chinese Wushu has appeared the phenomenon of "Sports" and "stylization",which leads to college students' misunderstanding of Wushu cognition.College students mainly refer to those who have practiced martial arts and those who have not practiced martial arts.This paper analyzes the current situation of College Students' cognition of martial arts by means of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics.It focuses on the analysis of College Students' interest in practicing martial arts,the content of martial arts and the value and function of martial arts by means of questionnaire The main factors that affect college students' interest in Wushu practice provide useful reference for improving college students' cognition of Wushu.The results are as follows:1.In the interest of Wushu practice,the students who have practiced Wushu are more interested in learning wushu than the students who have not practiced Wushu.Regular contact with Wushu and being influenced by Wushu culture are conducive to improving the interest of Wushu practice and enhancing the self-control of college students.2.In different years of practicing martial arts,the time length of College Students' practicing directly affects their understanding of martial arts culture.There are significant differences in the degree of liking Wushu,using Wushu to exercise and understanding Wushu culture among college students with longer training years,but there is no significant difference in their own behavior and thoughts.3.In different levels of martial arts,college students with martial arts level are higher than those without martial arts level in their own behavior and ideology.The higher the level of sports,the better the students like martial arts and the way of exercise.4.In different levels of education,the higher the level of education,the higher the level of understanding of martial arts culture,the higher the level of understanding of martial arts culture,the higher the level of freedom to choose learning content,the higher the level of education of college students directly affects the degree of cognition of martial arts.5.In terms of individual cognitive differences,martial arts evaluation standards and college students' own factors are the main reasons that restrict college students to practice martial arts.The high requirement of martial arts is the main factor of College Students' interest in martial arts practice,and college students' own factor is the key factor of College Students' interest in martial arts practice.6.Through the investigation,it is found that college students lack correct cognition on the basic contents of Wushu,such as the way of Wushu cognition,the origin of Wushu,the alias of Wushu and so on.College students' understanding and learning of Wushu history,Wushu culture history and Wushu development course directly affect their correct cognition of Wushu basic contents.7.The results of multiple analysis show that the college students' cognition of Wushu in cultural function,practical value,fitness value,viewing value,cultivation of Wushu to human will quality and Wushu as a kind of culture has been improved.It shows that the college students' cognition of Wushu value function has changed from the cognition of Wushu "external technology" to the deeper cognition of Wushu"internal culture".Based on the analysis of the results of College Students' cognition of Wushu,the following suggestions are proposed:1.Strengthen college students' education of Wushu culture,improve college students' cognition of Wushu;2.Collate the historical materials of Wushu development,improve the content of Wushu development;3.Use the network to optimize the platform,increase the publicity of Wushu culture;4.Widely carry out school Wushu activities,provide more for College Students 5.Set up the correct values of college students and pay attention to their self-development.
