Classroom teaching not only has a long history,but also is still a major teaching organization in the process of postgraduate training in universities in China.Classroom teaching is conducive to the improvement of postgraduate students' professional knowledge and skills,and is of great significance to the cultivation of postgraduate students' research ability and innovation ability.The quality of classroom teaching directly affects the quality of postgraduate training.In recent years,China continues to expand the enrollment of postgraduate students,the scale of postgraduate education continues to expand,and the quality of postgraduate classroom teaching has attracted more and more attention.As the direct participants of classroom teaching,postgraduate students' satisfaction with classroom teaching will provide valuable reference for the optimization of teaching quality.However,through literature retrieval,the author found that up to now,the research on the teaching satisfaction of postgraduate students based on the microscopic perspective of classroom teaching is very week.At present,most of the existing researches are about undergraduate students' teaching satisfaction and researchers' experience summary of practical teaching activities,and there is no clear definition of "postgraduate classroom teaching".Therefore,it is necessary to study the satisfaction degree of postgraduate students in classroom teaching.On the basis of literature analysis,the writer uses the method of empirical research.Based on N normal university for a full-time postgraduate student majoring in liberal arts as investigation object,and from six dimensions of postgraduate students class teaching satisfaction were investigated,respectively the teachers' teaching quality,the teachers' teaching level,teachers' teaching method and means,the teachers evaluate students' style and self-evaluation of students.The author also conducted an interview survey onsome postgraduate students and postgraduate teachers.The results show that:First,the overall satisfaction of postgraduate students with classroom teaching has basically reached a satisfactory level.However,the three dimensions of the teacher's teaching methods,the classroom interaction between teachers and students,and the way teachers evaluate students are not satisfactory.Secondly,there is a significant positive correlation between postgraduate students' satisfaction with classroom teaching and teachers' teaching quality,teachers' teaching level,teachers' teaching methods,classroom interaction between teachers and students,teachers' way of evaluating students,and students' self-evaluation.Thirdly,compared with English public courses,the degree of teaching satisfaction of postgraduate students in public courses of politics is higher than that of English public courses.The teaching satisfaction of public politics is at a satisfactory level,while that of English is at a general level.Fourth,different types of master's students and different grades of master's students have different degrees of satisfaction with classroom teaching.The satisfaction degree of academic master students on classroom teaching is higher than that of professional master students.Graduate students in the second year of master's degree have the highest degree of satisfaction with classroom teaching,while graduate students in the third year of master's degree have the lowest degree of satisfaction with classroom teaching.Based on the survey results,the author analyzes five problems in the satisfaction of postgraduate classroom teaching.First,the classroom teaching has not been given due attention.Second,the teachers' enthusiasm in classroom teaching is not high.Third,The teaching situation of public class does not meet students' expectations.Fourth,the quality of classroom teaching is not high.Fifth,the main position of students in classroom is missing.In view of the existing problems,the author puts forward four suggestions to improve the satisfaction of postgraduate classroom teaching.First,to changethe emphasis on research rather than teaching,and to strengthen the emphasis on postgraduate classroom teaching.Second,reform the public class,improve the teaching effect.Third,to improve the quality of classroom teaching and ensure efficient teaching.Fourth,to organize professional learning regularly to improve the quality of teachers' education.Fifth,pay attention to students and highlight their main position.
