A Study On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Extracurricular Physical Training In General High Schools In Bayannur City,Inner Mongolia

As an important part of school physical education,school after-school physical training is not only an extension and supplement of students' physical education teaching,but also enriches students' after-school life and lays a foundation for the transportation of competitive sports talents in China.Based on the present situation of after-school physical training in general high school in Bayannur city,Inner Mongolia,this paper analyzes and studies the relevant factors by means of questionnaire,literature,mathematical statistics,interview and field investigation,and puts forward some countermeasures.The findings are as follows:1.According to the proportion of the projects set up in the after-school sports training institute of ordinary high schools in Bayannur City,Inner Mongolia,football,track and field,basketball,volleyball and so on,the other projects have been carried out less,the badminton,aerobics,martial arts and other projects in most schools have not been developed,and the sports opened are uneven and lack of diversity.2.In terms of the number of participants,there is a large difference between men and women,ranging from 16 to 19 years of age;the overall situation of training time and weekly training is more reasonable,but only13.4% of the participants participate in more than 6 competitions each year,and 5.9% do not participate in the competition;in psychological terms,68%of the participants are very confident and confident,but only 36.2% are familiar with the methods of psychological relaxation and more familiar with it.3.As for the motivation of the students,90.5% want to enter the university through the college entrance examination of physical education,and 41.5% of the students who train with very positive attitude,using single factor ANOVA,we can see that there are significant differences in the training attitude of the students in different grades(P<0.05).4.With regard to the results of the training students' cultural courses,85.1% of the students in the training class ranked generally and below,using independent sample t test analysis,it can be seen that there are significant differences between boys and girls in the cultural class scores(P<0.05).Using univariate ANOVA,it was found that there were significant differences in absenteeism(P<0.05),preparation and review before and after class(P<0.05),taking notes in class(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences in late and early withdrawal(P>0.05),active reading and study(P>0.05)different.5.As far as coaches are concerned,they are mainly male,with relatively few women,with an age range of 70 per cent between the ages of 30 and49;55 per cent of coaches are motivated by professionalism and responsibility,while 47.5 per cent have not published their papers in the last three years;the vast majority of coaches have participated in training,but most of them have not been trained regularly.6.As far as parents are concerned,it is generally more supportive for students to take part in after-school physical training,but most parents have less participation in after-school physical training.As far as the guarantee is concerned,some school sports equipment fails to meet the training needs of students.The school's rules and regulations on the management of the trainees are not particularly complete.School leaders pay more attention to the work of after-school physical training.The degree of satisfaction of coaches with the allowance for after-school sports training is low,while 97.6% of the trainees have no subsidy for after-school sports training.
