Based on the Bayannur City elementary school teachers in rural areas the situation of field research, collect a lot of information, in-depth understanding of the current teachers in rural areas in terms of quantity, quality, structure and working and living environment, the main problems, an analysis of its history , systems and policies of the causes of the problem and find ways to improve the status of rural teachers, improve the quality of teachers in rural primary school ways and strategies, with a view of China's rural education development.
