Research objectives:The indexes of body fat rate and body function of college students were tested to understand the characteristics of body fat rate and body function of college students and to clarify the correlation between body fat rate and body function of college students.Research methods:80 college students from Inner Mongolia normal university were randomly selected as research objects.Body fat rate and body function related indicators were tested.According to the world health organization(who)obesity diagnostic criteria,male students were divided into the lower group(body fat rate & lt;14%),the normal group(body fat rate 14-25%),and the obese group(body fat rate > 25%).Girls were divided into the lower group(body fat rate < 25%),the normal group(body fat rate 25-35%),and the obese group(body fat rate > 35%)three groups,analyzing the current situation of body fat rate and body function of college students;To explore the correlation between body fat rate and body function of male and female college students.SPSS 21.0 software was used for data processing.Bivariate correlation analysis was used for the correlation between body fat rate and various body function indicators.The variance analysis method was used for the difference of body function index of college students with different body fat rate.Research results:1.Distribution characteristics of body fat rate: normal body fat rate,low body fat rate and obesity rate of boys were 55%,30% and 15%,respectively;The rates of normal body fat,low body fat and obesity in girls were 57.5%,17.5% and 25%,respectively.2.The correlation coefficient between body fat rate and weight,BMI and waist-to-hip ratio was 0.764,0.825 and 0.895 for boys,respectively.The female students were 0.649,0.835 and 0.831,respectively,which were statistically significant(P<0.01).3.Among the indexes of motor system function,the correlation coefficients between body fat rate and muscle rate,skeletal muscle rate,grip strength bmi,dorsal strength bmi,muscle mass and skeletal muscle mass in boys were-0.972,-0.846,-0.668,-0.652,0.462 and 0.427,respectively(P<0.01).The correlation coefficients between body fat rate and muscle rate,skeletal muscle rate,grip strength body mass index and back force body mass index were-0.956,-0.960,-0.516 and-0.478,respectively(P<0.01).There was no significant correlation between the body fat rate,bone mineral density and sitting forward flexion in male and female.4.In the index of circulatory system,the body fat rate of boys was positively correlated with the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure,with the correlation coefficients of 0.338 and 0.308,respectively(P<0.05).There was also a low positive correlation between body fat and systolic blood pressure in girls,with a correlation coefficient of 0.284(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the quiet heart rate between different body fat rates of boys,and the quiet heart rate of the obese group was higher than that of the normal group and the low group(F=1.694,P<0.05).5.In terms of respiratory system function indexes,the correlation coefficients between body fat rate and spirometric body mass index of male and female college students were-0.645(P<0.01)and-0.474(P<0.01),respectively,showing a moderately negative correlation.There was a significant difference in spirometry body mass index between the body fat rate of male and female college students.The body fat rate of male students in the low body fat group was higher than that in the normal group and the obese group(F=9.57,P<0.01),while the body fat rate of female students in the normal group was higher than that in the low body fat group and the obese group(F=6.124,P<0.01).6.Among the energy metabolism indexes,the correlation coefficients of body fat rate and relative oxygen uptake,basal metabolic rate and basal metabolic rate bmi were-0.617,0.461 and-0.927,respectively(P<0.01).Body fat rate and basal metabolic rate bmi were highly correlated,while the correlation between relative oxygen uptake and basal metabolic rate was moderately correlated.The correlation coefficients between body fat rate and body mass index of vo2 Max,relative vo2 uptake and basal metabolic rate in girls were 0.321,-0.260 and-0.939(P<0.05),respectively.Body fat rate was highly correlated with bmi of basal metabolic rate,while the correlation between relative vo2 uptake and basal metabolic rate was low.There were significant differences in relative oxygen uptake,basal metabolic rate and bmi between body fat rate of male students(F=6.893,5.143,38.093,P<0.05),and significant differences in maximal oxygen uptake and bmi between body fat rate of female students(F=4.128,F=59.83,P<0.05).Research conclusions:There was a significant negative correlation between body fat rate and muscle rate,skeletal muscle rate,grip strength bmi,back strength bmi,lung capacity bmi,relative oxygen uptake and basal metabolic rate bmi.There were significant positive correlations with muscle mass,skeletal muscle mass,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and basal metabolic rate.In addition,the quiet heart rate of boys with different body fat rate levels also had significant differences.There was a significant negative correlation between body fat rate and muscle rate,skeletal muscle rate,grip strength bmi,back strength bmi,lung capacity bmi,relative oxygen uptake and basal metabolic rate bmi.There was a significant positive correlation with systolic blood pressure and maximal oxygen uptake.
