During the thesis writing,A sudden outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia in our country,the sudden epidemic disrupted the rhythm of our daily lives.According to news reports,the middle-aged and elderly people in New Coronary Pneumonia have the greatest risk of illness and death,which also reflects the weak health education for the elderly in China.This also reflects the weakness of China's elderly health education.As an important position of senior education,senior universities should take on the social responsibility of senior health education.This article takes S senior university as a case,through participatory observations,interviews,questionnaires and material collection,to analyze of the construction of health education curriculum in senior citizens from the perspective of health literacy.The thesis consists of six parts: the first part is the introduction,which explains the research background,meaning,problems,purpose,methods and ideas in detail.The second part is the definition of concepts and literature review.It can be seen from the review of the literature that the curriculum construction of senior universities has gradually become a research hotspot,but relatively few studies have been conducted from the perspective of health literacy and health education,which also reflects the research value.The third part is the theoretical basis,which discusses the relationship between health literacy and health education and the theory of adult education curriculum in detail;The fourth part attempts to explain the ideal state of health education curriculum construction in senior colleges based on health literacy from the aspects of curriculum objectives,content,implementation and evaluation;it was concluded that in terms of curriculum objectives,attention should be paid to the development of students' health knowledge,skills,and values;in terms of curriculum content selection and organization,they also showed their due characteristics;in the course of curriculum implementation,teachers,teaching methods,teaching materials,environment and other factors should be paid attention to;and curriculum evaluation is also discussed in terms of evaluation subjects,methods,and tools.The fifth part analyzes the existing health education curriculum in the case school,and summarizes the current problems in the construction of health education curricula in senior universities from four aspects: curriculum objectives,curriculum content,curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation.Such as weak curriculum system,homogeneity of curriculum content,traditional curriculum implementation,single curriculum evaluation method.Based on case analysis,the sixth part proposes strategies and guarantees for the construction of health education courses in senior colleges.In the strategy part,it responds to the problems found in Chapter 5 and proposes solutions.In the guarantee part,the macro,meso and micro The three levels propose the establishment of a curriculum guarantee mechanism.This paper argues that the curriculum construction of senior universities cannot be separated from the guarantee of law,the input of government funds,and the efforts of the institutions themselves.In short,vigorously developing health education for the elderly with the university as the carrier is the call of the times and the call of the people.Therefore,the construction of health education courses based on health literacy in elderly colleges has an important role in improving the health of the elderly,which is also the significance of this study.
