Study On The Teaching Design And Practice Of Health Education Module In General High School Physical Education And Health Curriculum ——Taking Experimental Middle School Affiliated To Qinghai Normal University As An Example

The "Health Education" module in the high school physical education and health curriculum is taught as a compulsory compulsory module in the "Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standard for Ordinary High Schools" issued in 2020,and all primary and secondary schools are required to teach on time.It is clearly specified in the outline that the "Health Education" module must complete 18 hours and count one credit in high schools,which means that the high school "Health Teaching" module appears in high school physical education teaching as an independent teaching module.Although traditional health education stipulates an average of 0.5 hours per week,the actual implementation is not optimistic,and there is a phenomenon that teaching irregularities are weakened.In view of this,in order to better implement the2020 version of the New Curriculum Standard,this study uses literature methods,mathematical statistics,questionnaire survey methods and other research methods,Based on the analysis of the teaching requirements of compulsory modules of "health education",Taking the "health education" module of high school physical education and health curriculum as the research object,taking the high school students of experimental middle school affiliated to Qinghai Normal University as the experimental object,integrating the characteristics of physical and mental development of high school students,exploring the teaching content and method suitable for the compulsory module of health education in ordinary high schools,designing the scheme of compulsory module teaching of health education in ordinary high schools,taking the health cognition,individual(or team)health behavior and family health behavior in the health education module credit rating table as the evaluation basis,and finally drawing the following conclusions:1.There is a big gap between curriculum theory and practice.The 2020 edition of the General High School Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standard clearly states that the "health education" module,as a compulsory high school module,has important educational value for cultivating students' good lifestyle and lifelong physical education awareness and improving social adaptability.High school physical education teachers are required to strictly implement the requirements of the 2020 version of the curriculum standard outline,be oriented to the core literacy of the discipline,and do a good job in teaching planning and teaching implementation.However,after investigation,although the teaching of "health education" module in many high schools in Xining City established the "health education" course according to the requirements,it did not carry out the teaching according to the requirements of the New Curriculum Standard and could not grasp the specific requirements of the outline for the "health education" module,especially for the learning evaluation of this compulsory course,it was not measured in strict accordance with the academic quality standard of the outline,resulting in that students did not pay attention to the "health education" module.The main reason for this is that there are no professional teachers to teach,most teachers do not have a deep enough understanding of the "health education" module,many teachers face the 2020 version of the curriculum standard required teaching to achieve the goal,teaching knowledge points and core literacy three aspects can not be connected,based on this problem,the analysis shows that: 2020 version of the curriculum standard from theoretical scholars,its high-rise design from many professional educational theoretical research,integrating modern education theory and teaching technology,rather than grassroots first-line teachers,especially based on core literacy teaching objectives for first-line grassroots teachers grasp,it is difficult to implement into classroom teaching,especially for less developed areas such as Qinghai and other western regions,Non-grass-roots front-line teachers,therefore,most of the secondary school teachers themselves have a knowledge level and literacy,all-round understanding and control,so it is very difficult to implement.2.Research on the teaching design of "health education" module under the new curriculum standard.According to the requirements of the outline of 2020 edition of General High School Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standard,the "health education" module is a compulsory module in high school physical education classes,with a total of 18 class hours.The teaching contents include: lifestyle and health,nutrition and health,environment and health,mental health and social adaptation,exercise safety,and emergency risk avoidance.These six parts are set according to the law of physical and mental development of high school students.For the teaching of "health education" module in the new standard in 2020,it is recommended to learn during the second grade of senior high school,and the specific teaching progress can be adjusted by the school itself.Therefore,according to the requirements of the outline,pay attention to the training of core literacy in the design,use modern educational technology,use situational,structured,information-based teaching methods,and carry out the corresponding design.This paper also analyzes the design of health education module from several teaching related factors such as design idea,textbook analysis,learning analysis,teaching content,teaching goal,teaching strategy,teaching plan and teaching evaluation.Therefore,the design reflects three aspects:health cognition,personal(or team)health behavior,and family health behavior,and the teaching content is based on the requirements of the new curriculum standard,according to the physical and mental development of students,the six aspects of the content are carried out as "theme teaching",so that students can deepen their understanding of knowledge in different scenario simulations.In the teaching strategy,through situational teaching strategy,constructing open "health education" teaching content system,complementary theory and practice course to deepen memory three teaching strategies,guide students to understand abstract health knowledge,carry out teaching with the help of physical education games,organize situational drills,improve students' actual operation ability of health knowledge;use mutual evaluation,self-evaluation and other evaluation mechanisms to improve students' comprehensive improvement of health education knowledge.3.The teaching design effect is remarkable.In order to test the teaching design,the author will carry out the experiment in the first grade of the experimental middle school affiliated to Qinghai Normal University,choose one or two higher classes as experimental subjects,one class was the experimental class and one class was the control class,and two classes were subjected to a 9-week physical education teaching experiment under the guidance of teachers,respectively,to assess students' health cognition by theoretical examination methods,to assess individual(or team)health behaviors by self-assessment or mutual assessment,and to investigate and practice family health behaviors(i.e.,family member healthy lifestyle assessment form),and to detect students' learning effects according to these three evaluations,respectively.The experimental group was taught according to the "health education" module designed in this paper,and the control group was taught using the original "health education" content of the school.After teaching practice,the scores of both the experimental group and the control group increased,and the health cognition and family health behavior scores of the experimental group increased more than those of the control group,with significant differences,In conclusion,using the teaching design of this study,the teaching effect is more significant for compulsory courses in high school health education.It shows that the teaching design of "health education" module based on the new curriculum standard is conducive to teachers' teaching and students' learning,significantly improves the teaching effect,It also provides teaching reference cases and certain theoretical learning basis for front-line teachers.
