Analysis On The Cultivation Of Sense Of Responsibility In Colleges And Universities From The Perspective Of Systematic Thinking

Nurturing a “new generation of the new era” in colleges and universities calls for developing the sense of responsibility among colleges students,which is complex and systematic with mutually interrelated and constrained relevant components and elements involved.From the perspective of systematic thinking,the sense of responsibility in colleges and universities is currently instilled in a fragmented,non-structural,static and close-minded way.To solve these non-systematic problems facing the cultivation of the sense of responsibility in colleges and universities and enhance the cultivation effectiveness,systematic thinking is upheld in this paper as the guidance,with holistic thinking,structural thinking,dynamic thinking and open-minded thinking integrated.In this paper,definitions of systematic thinking,sense of responsibility and cultivation of sense of responsibility are presented in the first place and the applicability of systematic thinking in solving problems in developing the sense of responsibility in colleges and universities is demonstrated.Then,the cultivation of sense of responsibility in colleges and universities is delved into from the aspect of systematic thinking,thus theoretically revealing the corresponding relations between the cultivation practice and the systematic thinking theory.Based on the relations revealed above,problems arising in cultivating the sense of responsibility in colleges and universities are further analyzed in detail from the view of systematic thinking.Lastly,a systematic approach is put forward to the cultivation of the sense of responsibility in colleges and universities resting on the holistic thinking,structural thinking,dynamic thinking and open-minded thinking model.This paper is expected to promote the holistic,structural,dynamic and open-minded cultivation of the sense of responsibility in colleges and universities that is built on systematic thinking,so as to optimize the cultivation model of the sense of responsibility in colleges and universities.
