The sense of responsibility, not the core of moral, but part of the fine traditional culture of the Chinese nation, every citizen has an obligation to take responsibility. The party’s 18 reports from the state, society and individual three-level overview of the socialist core values,which the individual level requirements aimed at cultivating high- spirited ri ghteousness, positive, the courage to take the noble character of the citizens. Junior high school students as the future of the national force, the extent of its weak and strong sense of responsibility to a certain extent,and will certainly affect the socialist harmonious society and socialist modernization construction process. So today moral education and curriculum reform schools used the "sense of responsibility" in today’s culture as a key direction of education.In 2001 the Ministry of Education in the "Basic Education Curriculum Reform(Trial)" on the course training objectives clear that enable students to gradually form a correct outlook on life and values,with social responsibility, and strive to serve the people. Where responsibilityis through a variety of education to enable students to learn to be responsible for themselves, responsible for others, socially responsible, to form a student’s sense of responsibility and the responsibility of the character, so that students think and act in line with social norms.However, for a long time under the influence of examination-oriented education, schools are mostly concerned about the intellectual culture, and less attention to students’ moral cognition, emotion and will of the culture:together with other factors affecting the family and society, the current junior high school students in the overall sense of responsibility worrying, not uncommonin the real world situation makes us feel more responsibility for the loss of more urgent responsibility to educate. To change this situation, this paper attempts from shoulder the task of moral education curriculum ideological and moral lesson start in understanding the current status of Mongolian high school students a sense of responsibility on the basis of in-depth analysis of its causes,focusing onstrengthening the junior high school students to explore a sense of responsibility in the ideological and moral lessons nurturing response.
