Research On IP Construction Of Chongli Ski Town Based On City-Industry Integration

Under the background of new urbanization,healthy China,national fitness and vigorous development of the sports industry,the Sports Town is an important part of characteristic town construction.It integrates economic development,sports leisure and humanistic connotation.It provides a new model for the sustainable development of small towns and also a new carrier and space for the development of China's sports industry under the new economy.Chongli District of Zhangjiakou City has superior and golden geographical location as well as high-quality ecological environment and rich tourism resources.It is not only the main venue for the 2022 Winter Olympic Games snow events,but also the key place to implement the vigorous development of the sports industry,promoting new urbanization and achieve the healthy China strategy.While seizing the opportunities brought by the Winter Olympics,speed up the construction of the core IP of Chongli Ski Town,realize the industrial integration development of "Sports +",promote the City-Industry Integration and form a sustainable development town model.It is an important development strategy for the Chongli Ski Town.This article adopts the research methods of literature data method,field investigation method,data analysis method,PEST analysis and SWOT analysis.Based on the perspective of City-Industry Integration,this paper takes the Chongli Ski Town located in Zhangjiakou City as the research object of the town IP construction analysis.This leads to the following research conclusions:(1)The construction of Chongli ski town IP is a prominent embodiment of the City-Industry Integration.Chongli Ski Town has a good outlook for the external macro-environmental development.It has the support of national and local government policies and the industry actively promotes urban development,provide feasibility for building IP.(2)In terms of skiing events IP construction,Chongli not only has greatinfluence as the venue for the Olympics,but also has the advantage of rich Olympic Legacy and high-level event resources.In terms of outdoor leisure entertainment IP construction,Chongli has the highlights of winter ski,summer resort and diverse outdoor recreational activities.In terms of history and folk culture IP construction,Chongli integrates both frontier culture and central plains culture,rich historical relics and landmark buildings and local traditional festival culture.Therefore,to build the IP architecture of Chongli ski town must focus on the skiing events,use outdoor recreation and historical folk culture as a supplement.In order to ensure the uniqueness and market competitiveness of the town.(3)Around the IP architecture system of Chongli ski town,perform resource integration and optimal allocation,in order to build the IP path of Chongli ski town under the City-Industry Integration.
