With the development of modern communication technology and the popularization of Internet application technology,smart phone has become an indispensable communication tool in people's daily life.In Colleges and universities,a smart phone has become the "standard configuration" of contemporary college students.It has become a normal life for them to carry mobile phones with them at any time.College students are still in the stage of physical growth,mental maturity,lack of right and wrong discrimination ability for all kinds of network information,and lack of self-control ability for the temptation of various games,entertainment videos and social software.Therefore,some college students rely on mobile phones for a long time and inappropriate occasions behavior.This research aims to apply group work method into practice for assisting college students lessen their dependence on cellphone.In this study,the author selected 300 college students from J University of Jiangxi Province as the research object,through the distribution of questionnaires and scales to understand the current situation of College Students' mobile phone dependence.By sorting out the relevant literature and interviewing the research objects,this paper summarizes the negative effects of mobile phone dependence on College Students' physical and mental health,learning life and interpersonal communication.The causes of College Students' mobile phone dependence are mainly analyzed from four dimensions: individual,family,school and society.In order to slow down college students' dependence on mobile phones,the author set up a growth activity group of "my youth is my decision-refusing to rely on mobile phones",and carried out six group activities.The author integrates cognitive behavior theory and advantage perspective theory into the activity content to guide team members to have a new understanding of mobile phone dependence,help team members improve their self-awareness level and self-discipline ability,and tap their own potential.It is expected to shift their attention to mobile phones by cultivating their interests and hobbies,so as to gradually slow down or even get rid of their dependence on mobile phones.In the evaluation of the effect of group work intervention,the author found that both the time and the frequency of group members using mobile phones are decreasing.The comparison of the data before and after the scale shows that the index of group members' dependence on mobile phones is significantly reduced,which indicates that the degree of group members' dependence on mobile phones is also significantly reduced.In addition,with the joint efforts of social workers and group members,after six group activities,the self-awareness level,self-confidence and interpersonal skills of group members have been further improved,and their self-management ability has also been enhanced to a certain extent.Therefore,the author verifies that the intervention of this group work can significantly reduce college students' dependence on mobile phones.this research can provide reference ideas and strategies for the intervention research of College Students' mobile phone dependence in the future,and also has some innovative significance for the development of school social work.At the same time,it is also of great significance for the development and application of youth social work theory.
