High-quality,professional and innovative teachers are playing a powerful role on the world stage in response to the call of the times.Xingguo must first strengthen teachers,"Preschool education is the beginning of lifelong learning,an important part of the national education system,and an important social welfare cause." In 2018,"Several Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Deepening the Reform and Standardization of Preschool Education" have been Clearly refers to the importance of developing pre-school education at the emergence stage.However,new and old problems of preschool education in our country alternate,such as the "policy guarantee system is imperfect,the construction of the teaching staff lags behind,the supervision system is not perfect,and the quality of education needs to be improved" as pointed out in the 2018 opinion.All of this shows that the country attaches importance to the development of pre-school teachers and has requirements for the quality of pre-school education.This study believes that the pain points of preschool education at this stage are focused on "learning is the difference",even though the 2018 "Opinions on Comprehensively Deepening the Reform of the Construction of Teachers in the New Era" and "Several Opinions on Deepening the Reform and Standardization of Preschool Education" have successively specified that Comprehensively improve the quality of kindergarten teachers,but the reality is still a certain distance away from the goal,and even runs counter to it.Therefore,this study places the pain points of "learning as a teacher" in preschool education in the research center,starting with investigating the reality of poor quality of preschool teachers,so as to analyze its roots,in order to find the best path,so that preschool education truly sails to the public The healthy and beautiful future that we want.The structure of this article is composed of five parts: the introduction part;the survey and problem characterization of the "learning difference as a teacher" in preschool education in Jiangxi Province.Based on the rigorous questionnaire design and interview records,it reflects many such as the preschool education level is generally low and There are few holders of certificates,the basic skills of "reading","writing",and "counting" in kindergarten teachers are weak,the majority of kindergarten teachers have poor will quality,the career choices of kindergartenteachers are quite helpless,and kindergarten teachers are eager to upgrade themselves but succeed The result of the low-rate survey;the root cause of the problem of "learning difference as a teacher" in preschool education.According to the survey results,it is recognized that the problem of "learning difference as a teacher" in preschool education is indeed widespread,and the reasons behind it are explored.The appeal of preschool education Weak,"modern diseases" are highlighted,vocational training has "backed up",and uneven levels of teachers are pouring in.Based on this root-oriented approach,it can be fully explained that the solution to the problem of "learning as a teacher" in pre-school education is urgent,and the "medicine introduction" will come out soon.The countermeasures suggest that in order to achieve the desired state,Best will finally find a solution to open up new ideas and create a new environment for reversing the funeral of preschool preschool teachers;finally,the conclusion part.This study revolves around the phenomenon of "learning difference is the teacher" in preschool education,backtracks the source,training and admission of kindergarten teachers,analyzes in detail the various factors that need to support the quality of kindergarten teachers in all dimensions,and points out the direction for the construction of high-quality preschool teachers.This research is based on the survey of the occupational status of pre-primary teachers in pre-school education in Jiangxi Province.It is traced back to the fact that the pre-primary teachers of poor quality are mostly from pre-school professional training.Based on this research,I look forward to opening new ideas for the reform of other education stages in the future,providing references for the quality of the innovative teaching team,and forging a high-quality professional and innovative teaching team on the basis of carefully implementing the "Opinions".
