As a new model under the development of education in China,in-service teaching has promoted the reform of higher education at a deeper level,and has also solved the problem of uneven development of educational resources to some extent.As a reflection of internship support work,the research on internship support work of physical education teachers can understand the problems in internship support work,so as to take specific measures to promote the improvement of the quality of internship support support,and at the same time provide a reference for the improvement of training programs in sports schools.Provide theoretical guidance to achieve balanced development of basic education.Through the use of literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and mathematical statistics method,this paper takes Jiangxi Normal University and other nine major colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province as the target of the survey.On the basis of analyzing the training and teaching of physical education teachers in colleges and universities in Jiangxi,the focus is on This paper analyzes the experience gained by the UGS mode internship teaching and the problems arising from the operation of this mode,and tries to determine the current status and existing problems of the internship teaching in physical education teachers' college students in Jiangxi Province.In view of the current problems of the U-G-S model,this study proposes a rationalization strategy of the model to promote the effectiveness of physical education practice teaching,which is of great significance to basic education in rural schools.The study found that under the background of uneven distribution of educational resources in Jiangxi Province and the greater mobility of teachers,the U-G-S model has solved the problems of insufficient teachers in rural schools and education integration to some extent.This model is based on the advancement of the three parties' mutual cooperation,focusing on the combination of top-level design and bottom-level communication,and the combination of support school needs and support practice.However,during the operation of the mechanism,there are some aspects that need to be improved in the cooperation of the three parties,which are embodied in: the responsibilities of each subject are imperfect and there is a lack of a good communication mechanism;the current internship program is disconnected fromthe actual needs;and a relatively complete guidance system has not been established There is very limited improvement in the teaching ability of physical education teachers,and there is no joint force in communication between schools;the evaluation standards are not perfect,and there is no good assessment and supervision.This study puts forward suggestions on the rational operation of the UGS model based on the theory of synergy,and believes that internship support in Jiangxi Province should be improved from the following aspects:(1)Establish a guidance system for internship support,deepen the cooperation and exchange mechanism between universities,internship schools and education administration departments Ensure the improvement of practical ability of normal students during the internship process;(2)Deepen the reform of physical education talent training,pay attention to the cultivation of students' practical ability;(3)Improve the evaluation system for teaching practice,pay attention to the diversity of evaluation,and consider the formative and final means Combination.
