Key competency is the educational hot issue for scholars at home and abroad,and also leads a new round of curriculum reform in China.Key competency of mathematics reflects the essence and thought of mathematics.It is a key ability and essential character with basic characteristics of mathematics to meet the needs of personal lifelong development and social development.It is an important basic part of mathematics curriculum objectives.The implementation of the core literacy of mathematics is that teachers design appropriate situations and problems in teaching activities,guide students to observe phenomena and find problems with mathematical vision,guide students to describe the background and express problems with mathematical language,and guide students to analyze and solve problems with mathematical thinking.Therefore,situations and problems are very important to cultivate and develop students' mathematical core literacy.Based on key competency of mathematics and referring to the relatively practical teaching theory of "situationproblem" in China,this study goes deep into the front line of classroom teaching,analyzes the current situation of situation teaching on the cultivation of key competency,and further obtains relevant teaching strategies,hoping to provide help for front-line teachers in teaching design and implementation from the perspective of key competency.In this study,first of all,the literature analysis method is used to collect,sort out and analyze the existing research on mathematics core literacy and situational teaching,determine the connotation of mathematics core literacy and the basic ideas of situational teaching research.Then,through the video analysis method,we take 8 ministerial "Excellent Lessons" selected from the "one teacher one excellent lesson,one lesson one master" activity of National Public Service Platform for Educational Resources as the research object,according to the "situation-problem" teaching mode,from the perspective of key competency,we study the characteristics of situational teaching from four dimensions of "situation creation","posing problems","solving problems" and "mathematical application".Through the interview method,four teachers of different teaching ages are randomly selected for interview,so as to get the current situation of teachers cultivating key competency through situational teaching in class.Finally,we get the relevant strategies of situational teaching in junior high school from the perspective of key competency.The characteristics of situational teaching in eight ministerial "Excellent Lessons" for the cultivation and development of key competency are as follows.In the process of situation creation,the background type of situation creation is different from that of junior high school mathematics--number and algebra,figure and geometry,statistics and probability are closely related,and the object of situation embodies the essence of mathematics content.In the process of posing problems,none of them guide students to posing problems,but they have the characteristics of useful mathematical problem structure to promote the development of teaching.In the problem-solving process,especially in solving the core problems of each lesson,students tend to lead the inquiry learning of independent cooperation and communication.In the application of mathematics,they pay attention to variant practice and stress the essence of mathematical thought and content.Through the interview method,this paper analyzes the current actual teaching situation,and finds that teachers' understanding of key competency and situational teaching is insufficient.In the creation of situation,it is either situation creation for the situation,or it tends to take pure mathematical problems as the situation,and there is less consideration between the objects in the situation and the essence of mathematical content.They lack the consciousness of guiding students to put forward questions,while the consciousness of designing question structure changes with teaching age.Some teachers think that the teaching efficiency will be affected by the learning style of guiding students to cooperate and communicate independently.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of eight ministerial "Excellent Lessons" and the current situation of the interview method,teaching strategies of junior high school situational teaching based on the key competency are obtained.a.Create a situation that points to the essence of mathematical object.b.Attach importance to the cultivation of problem consciousness and promote teaching by using problem structure.c.Teachers adopt heuristic teaching method,and students adopt inquiry learning method of independent cooperation and communication.d.Pay attention to variant practice and grasp the essence of knowledge.
