| Sports aerobics has become very popular among aerobics-lovers since it was introduced in China.As Chinese aerobics is approaching to the world level,the cultivation of backup talents for sports aerobics has been paid much attention to.Adolescence is a prime period in one’s physical development.Comprehensively improving one’s physical quality in adolescence can help him or her lay a solid foundation for climbing the peak of sports aerobics in the following days.Traditional body function training or fitness training emphasizes weight exercise,single joint exercises and muscle exercises,in which only single method is used.Such traditional training also attaches importance to preparation and stretching after activities,but just monotonous method is used for the stretching.With the improvement of athletes’ competitiveness,traditional body function training will no longer satisfy the development of aerobics.In order to achieve sustainable development for athletes’ career,this study aims to introduce the body function training of aerobics for adults to physical exercises for adolescent athletes in an effort to make some beneficial discoveries about the improvement of the athletes’ physical quality and the level of difficult movement.After conducting the body function training for aerobics athletes during a 16-week period in Chinese Adolescent Sports Aerobics Training Center(The Aerobics Training Base in Lin fen)and analyzing the comparison between athletes’ physical quality and training effects of difficult movements,some conclusions haven been drawn as followings:1.Taking actual function into consideration,body function training can better meet the professional requirements of sports aerobics.It can be regarded as an upgraded and innovated version to replace tr aditional body function training.Therefore,body function training ca n be totally adapted to the physical exercises for athletes engaging in adolescent aerobics.However,after the experiment,it is found th at traditional body function training still has significance in some wa y,so we should hold a dialectical view.2.The principles of body function training include systematicness,professionalization,consistency and overload,and core strength training is an important unit.The coaches of aerobics athletes should adopt such training principles.3.Compared with traditional fitness training,body function training can have better effects on athletes’ strength,balance,flexibility and the like.What’s more,such training is not gender-restrictive.4.Body function training also outweighs traditional fitness training in difficult movements such as dynamic strength,static strength,jumping and leaping,balance and flexibility.Such training is not gender-restrictive. |
