In the new era of diversification, information, inter-personal harmonious development isimportant. Interaction among people are constantly improving their life and values. Thecomplex relationship between people, people-oriented concept has penetrated into all fields ofmodern society. With the continuous expansion and deepening of education reform, therelationship between teachers and students in education highlights frequently appear in ourview, has gradually become a hot topic. Teacher-student relationship is the most basiceducation, the relationship between fusion in education and teaching throughout the beginning.To construct a harmonious relationship between teachers and students has become thecommon aspiration of the whole society education.Both the education theory and practical education practice show that, the relationshipbetween teachers and students in the quality directly affects the development direction ofschool education and the teachers and students and quality. The harmonious relationshipbetween teachers and students and students to participate in teaching, it can not only promotethe school education can also promote the common development of teachers and students.Especially in today’s educational environment, hierarchical construct an equal, harmoniousteacher-student relationship has a far-reaching influence to improve the education system. The causes and influence factors of disharmony, byconflict and interaction between teachers and students on analysis, related to the theoreticalguidance for the study of the relationship between teachers and students, from the dynamicpoint of view--the communication between teachers and students, the conflict between teachers and students, the relationship between teachers and students and influence factors,focuses on the analysis of necessity and theoretical basis of existence a harmoniousrelationship between teachers and students, tries to seek reasonable and effective way, and putforward countermeasures of reasonable, harmonious relationship between teachers andstudents, to optimize the relationship between teachers and students, promote bilateraldevelopment, improve their life quality, provides the beneficial reference for the promotion ofmodern education.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction. Explains thenecessity to study the harmonious relationship between teachers and students, the educationalreform and development and deepening and the change of social environment and thetraditional concept of the impact of changes in the relationship between teachers and students,and the resulting problems, lead to the construction of harmonious relationship betweenteachers and students has thinking.
