Socialism harmonious society promotes harmonious education, in which the key'point is the harmonious relationship between teachers and students. Through sampling questionnaire survey to three junior middle schools'teachers and students from Dadong District in Shenyang, this article finds out that there exist some problems caused by the teachers who have some wrong ideas about the cognition of education concept, expression of education emotions and the implementation of education behaviors. The current teacher-student relationship is not harmonious, which influences both teachers'working passion and living conditions, and influences the students'healthy growth and all-round development, and eventually will destroy the overall school life. Analyzing the reasons for the formation of teacher-student relationship problems, it is mainly because of the traditional concepts, the disadvantages of the exam-oriented education, the loss of the teachers'professional ethics under the market-oriented economy, the insufficiency of teacher psychological quality and professional quality etc, and among them, the teachers'wrong educational ideas and improper behaviors are the main reasons. Therefore, this article proposes to construct a teachers'behavior strategy for the harmonious teacher-student relationship and to encourage teachers to introspect their behaviors and to provide basic strategies and methods for teachers to help them handle the relationship between teachers and students better.The full text consists of four parts.Part One:Introduction. The topic, research situation home and abroad, research purpose and meaning, research methods are proposed.Part Two:Harmonious teacher-student relationship overview. It expounds the basic connotation of harmonious teacher-student relationship of harmonious thought traced back from western countries to China, from ancient to modern harmonious ideological content development and puts forward the theoretical foundation of harmonious relation between teachers and students.Part Three:Teacher-student relationship status and analysis. From a cognitive angle and the behavior angle to collect statistics of the investigation results of the status quo of teacher-student relationship and analyzes the reasons.Part Four:From the teacher angles, it proposes principles and specific behavior strategy on how to construct harmonious teacher-student relationship. Constructing principles include loving, democracy and equality, respect and understanding as well as communication and cooperation. Behavior strategy includes strengthening ethics, perfecting the quality of personality, enhancing the professional accomplishment and regaining professional passion.
