According to the survey of the National Bureau of Statistics,the rural population in China accounted for 40.42% of the total inland population in 2018,so it is particularly important to attach importance to the development of rural education.Township boarding school is an important part of rural compulsory education,but also a short board of education,and township boarding primary school as a special mode of boarding school,need to pay special attention to.For understanding the schoolwork burden of the primary school students in the township boarding system,this study took the senior students of five township boarding primary schools in L counties of Chengde City as the research object,and carried on the field investigation to the sample school by using the questionnaire method combined with the interview form.The investigation and analysis found that the students of boarding primary school in villages and towns are over-burdened by their study time,large amount of homework,less free time,lack of sleep,difficulty in schoolwork and stress in study.The burden of student schoolwork is the "one fruit and many causes" syndrome,in order to effectively reduce the burden of students' schoolwork needs the government,schools,teachers,parents and students themselves and other aspects of joint efforts.In order to effectively alleviate the burden of schoolwork for students in township boarding primary schools,the government must standardize the school-running behavior and establish an effective supervision mechanism to reduce the burden.Schools must strictly implement the national and local policies to reduce the burden,specifically,we should improve the teacher management system,standardize teachers' bad teaching behavior,scientifically and rationally implement the curriculum,reasonable arrangement of rest,increase students' free time,ensure adequate sleep,and enrich students' after-school life.Teachers should constantly update their educational concepts,improve their own quality,optimize classroom teaching methods and means to improve classroom teaching efficiency,streamline and optimize after-school homework,improve the quality of homework,strengthen the guidance of students' learning methods,optimize the quality of students' learning,establish scientific educational concepts,give children reasonable expectations,strengthen communication and communication with children,strengthen cooperation between home schools,and jointly promote the reduction of burden.Students themselves should also be clear learning motivation,correct learning attitude,while looking for their own learning methods,develop good learning habits,find suitable for their own decompression methods,enhance the ability to resist pressure.
