With the deepening of the basic education reform and the overall promotion of quality education,the activities of mass student associations with important educational value are gradually penetrating into the field of basic education.In recent years,mass student associations in primary schools have begun to rise nationwide and even become the important practice for the implementation of quality education reform in the primary education.With its special educational advantages,association activities can bring into full play the values of collective education,activity education,practical education and creative education at the same time.Association activities can realize the close combination of school education,family education and social education in a new way.Students can not only meet the needs of their own development,but also embody their subjective status and value.In order to learn about the current situation of the implementation of association activities,this study takes three primary schools in Shijiazhuang as the research object,and collects data through questionnaires,interviews,case studies and other methods.This study aims to restore the current situation of association activities as much as possible.Through investigation and analysis,it is found that there are some problems in the current association activities in primary schools,such as unbalanced development,formalization of the development process,superficial evaluation parts,insufficient number of professional guidance teachers,and lack of practical guiding significance of supporting systems.These problems seriously affect the quality and effect of association activities and restrict the long-term development.Through further analysis of the problems,it is found that the main reasons for these problems are the lack of correct understanding the activity's educational value in campus and relevant experience in organizing and managing it,the objective differences between student associations,the insufficient effective participation of families,and the inadequate exertion of students' subjective value.In order to resolve the problems and give full play to the educational value of association activities,schools must play a leading role,fully mobilize the polarity of society,families,students and other aspects,transform outdated concepts and ideological understanding accurately and position the value of association activities.The schools also should promote the standardized management of association activities,improve the professional level of guidance teachers,reflect the students' subjective status,fully tap social resources and make good use of family resources.By doing so,association activities can give full play to their educational value.
