| Association activities are an effective carrier to expand students' ability,stimulate students' interest,improve students' core quality and comprehensive quality,and also an important way to realize students' self-education,self-development and self-management.However,At present,in the northwest rural primary and secondary schools,faced with the baton of “score first,admission to higher education”,the student association is a bit of a mess.The investigation found that the student association activities in many schools are either very irregular,with no teacher in charge of guidance,and students go their own way.Or it has no characteristics and symbolically sets up several student associations in sports fields such as basketball and table tennis,which are simple and easy to learn.Without taking students' interest and core qualities into account,it is difficult to motivate students' enthusiasm and the educational function is weakened.They may form many seemingly high-end or advanced student associations to keep up appearances,but without corresponding teacher resources and material conditions,resulting in high tone but low quality,meanwhile unsustainable.It distorts the function of student association activities.Based on the deep understanding of the operation problems of student associations in rural middle schools,this paper takes a rural middle school as a case to study the current situation of student associations.By adopting questionnaire survey,interview,observation,this paper investigates the basic situation of Lanzhou X middle school associations and current situations.In addition,the paper presents the current situation and problems by association descriptions and data analysis.What'more,under the guidance of Chinese students' core literacy and constructivism learning theory,this paper makes a deep analysis of the causes of the existing problems.The study found that the main problems in student association activities in Lanzhou X middle school: including the shortage of full recognition,which schools and teachers can't understand the value of school associations;a lack of material and professional teacher resources;the unbalanced development of association activities and a single form of curriculum,the incomplete social management evaluation system.The study believes that we should start with hanging the concept of association management;improving the system of association construction;establishing a complete autonomous management system and evaluating system of school association;and strengthening the development of school association activities in the aspect of school-based and local curriculum.These four aspects can improve the rural school student association existing problems,and makes the student association play a better role in education function. |
