Interdisciplinary talent training has become an important aspect of talent training.For the higher education major in China,interdisciplinary talents are the personnel reserve to build mature higher education disciplines,interdisciplinary research is an important research method for higher education research,and interdisciplinary ability is an important guarantee to improve the quality of talent training.Therefore,it is urgent for us to examine the cultivation of higher education specialty from an interdisciplinary perspective.This study of higher education professional reading master as the research object,the integrated use of literature research,questionnaire investigation,interview method,case method,mainly around the training objects,training objectives,professional direction,such as curriculum,teacher training in the core essential factor,the analysis of the interdisciplinary training,on the basis of current situation,problems and reasons,put forward the corresponding Suggestions.Firstly,the current situation of interdisciplinary training of masters of higher education majors in China.This study through to our country higher education professional master,teacher interview and the questionnaire survey to our country's higher education professional graduate training scheme content analysis,found in higher education in our country there are certain interdisciplinary professional postgraduate training characteristics,but the overall interdisciplinary,specific as follows: first,to develop a target.High interdisciplinary proportion and complex disciplinary background are the important characteristics of master's students of higher education in China interdisciplinary training of masters in higher education.Second,training goals.The training objectives reflect certain interdisciplinary requirements in some aspects such as knowledge,ability,and quality,and the overall lack of clear interdisciplinary training objectives.Third,professional direction.There are many types of higher education majors in China,but they are mainly researches in the field of higher education,and their interdisciplinary characteristics are not clear enough.Fourth,the curriculum.Curriculum is highly specialized,and lacks comprehensiveness,cutting-edge,and interdisciplinarity.Fifth,the situation of mentors.The subject background of the tutor isrelatively single,most of them have rich experience in higher education management practice,and they recognize and support the interdisciplinary training of master students in higher education.Secondly,there are problems in the interdisciplinary training of masters of higher education in China.Based on the current situation of the interdisciplinary training of this major,the following problems are found in the interdisciplinary talent training of higher education major in China.First,the lack of interdisciplinary talent training concepts is mainly reflected in the lack of attention to the ideology of colleges and universities and the lack of support in action.Secondly,the mechanism of the training process of interdisciplinary talents is not perfect,mainly reflected in the unreasonable course setting,the lack of interdisciplinary tutor team,and the lack of scientific research practice training.Third,the lack of support and guarantee for interdisciplinary talent cultivation is mainly reflected in the impact of disciplinary barriers on resource sharing,the absence of interdisciplinary incentive and evaluation system,and the restriction of disciplinary culture.Third,suggestions for interdisciplinary training of masters of higher education in China.Based on our country's higher education professional problem on interdisciplinary talents cultivation,combining and draw lessons from Europe and the United States in higher education in colleges and universities graduate interdisciplinary training on the formation of the diversity of students,diversity of training goal,interdisciplinary field of study,interdisciplinary,powerful safeguard measures of the contingent of tutors,interdisciplinary and diverse curriculum characteristic,for our country's higher education professional interdisciplinary talent cultivation put forward the following suggestions.First,it attaches great importance to the training of interdisciplinary talents for masters of higher education majors,formulates clear interdisciplinary training objectives and training programs,and effectively promotes the strengthening and implementation of the concept of interdisciplinary talent training.Second,take interest as the starting point,integrate into the discipline of higher education as soon as possible,and take the initiative to adapt to future employment as a driving force,actively participate in interdisciplinary training activities,and stimulate theinterdisciplinary meaning of master students in higher education.Third,establish interdisciplinary mentor teams,optimize curriculum settings,and attach importance to scientific research and practical training to further improve the process of interdisciplinary talent training.Fourth,actively break the barriers of disciplines,share teaching resources,create a good interdisciplinary atmosphere,establish and improve incentives and evaluation systems,etc.,to provide support and guarantee for the training of interdisciplinary talents.
