Adventure education is experience under the education system of a large branch, in the expansion of training based on the further improvement of a form of experience education. Is the common life scenes using simple props, experience activities enable participants to improve physical and mental educational activities. Strength of teachers is experiential education concept to guide derived from a mature experience.Observed I had interned in several middle schools work, most of the students learning interests of physical education is still not high, the classroom teaching mode is still single, the cause has been a major problem that needs to be solved urgently in the curriculum of physical education and health in the students moral deficiency of emotional education, and other basic education faces problems. Education experience can be very good solution to the problems existing currently in high school physical education, the students sound personality, increase interest in learning,in line with the requirements of new curriculum of physical education.This study in reference to a large number of literature, education of Yiliqi of senior high school students of experimental effect and adventure education into high school sports and health curriculum feasibility as the research object, this study mainly uses the experiment method and questionnaire survey method, using a pretest posttest research methods involved in the investigation experiment of students in the experience of adventure education of physical education of the emotion attitude improvement of experimental studies and theoretical research.I am using postgraduate physical education internship in Luoyang eighth middle school students as the research object, on the adventure education training and experience based before I will be bold, fusion of adventure education activities in the form of the high school sports classroom of traditional teaching mode, designing the teaching contents of each class the object of this study. The activities of the selected Luoyang eight class six as the experimental group, class thirteen as the control group. Under the guidance of experiential education teaching idea, the use of adventure education activities in the form of any treatment in the experimental group. Objective to in order to enrich the high school physical education class teaching method and mode, training student's moral emotion, explore a " experience type sports teaching mode, accumulate more information in the exploration of the road, in order to promote the development of our country middle school physical education development and reform.Research results show that1?adventure education of emotional target in the traditional sports teaching is a good supplement. Not only responds to the "health first" philosophy of education, and rich in the traditional sports teaching mode can be reference to the teaching mode. To promote the progress of physical education teaching in our country.2? by comparing the experimental class and non experimental class students' mental health level, social adaptability, team awareness and other aspects of the data show that: the adventure education has significant influence on the students' psychological dimensions.3?adventure education plays a positive influence on the cultivation of students' emotional goals, which improves the interest of traditional sports teaching and finds a good combination.4?the adventure education activities on the high school campus facilities and the requirements of the teacher level is not high, has a high feasibility.5?adventure education activity is more abundant and perfect the educational experience of theoretical system and practical application of the breadth. But also to find a suitable starting point and China's basic education combined, execution and the reform of the new curriculum standards of primary and secondary school students in our country provides effective new ideas and new methods.6?adventure education in high school sports classroom fully show its vitality and good adaptability, for the future of the adventure education itself development widen the road. More conducive to the improvement of its own system.7?through the experience of the mode of teaching to students' interest,psychology, resilience, spirit of collaboration have a good role in promoting.
