Exercise teaching is an important part of senior high school's biology teaching,and efficient exercise teaching is an important channel to improve the teaching effectiveness.Through the exercise class,students can find out and fill in the gaps of what they have learned,deepen their understanding of the concepts biological.They can also flexibly use the laws of biology and deepen the connection between biological knowledge and actual life.Teachers can get feedback on teaching effects through exercise classes,and then cultivate students' problem-solving thinking and cultivate students' core Accomplishment.Therefore,how to effectively carry out exercise teaching and improve the efficiency of exercise class had become the focus of biology teaching.In this research,we took ordinary senior high school students in the three grades of Shihezi Senior High School and biology teachers of the first-line senior high schools in Xinjiang as the survey objects,and used the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and data statistics to investigate the current status of biological problem teaching from several aspects such as the status and importance of exercise classes,student learning in the current exercise classes,teachers' treatment of exercise classes,and evaluation of current exercise classes.The results show that teachers and students pay more attention to exercise classes.The proportion of exercise classes in biological teaching is more reasonable.The sources of the exercises are more abundant.The students are very familiar with the learning situation of students in exercise class,and can make some induction and summary after exercise class.However,at present,there are still some problems in the exercise class.For example,the teacher's attention to the exercise class is not as high as the new teaching,the teacher's teaching method is relatively simple,the students' participation in the exercise class is not high,and the students can't deal with the problems correctly when they encounter difficulties in the exercise class.According to the survey results,the author puts forward the following optimization suggestions based on the research of relevant literature: 1.Select the content of exercises and expand the problem-solving ideas.2.Improve the teaching process and attract students' interest.3.Focus on the basics and gain new insights from the knowledge learned in the past through exercises.4.Teach the methods of solving problems and guide the students to study actively.
