In this paper,in order to improve the efficiency of recitation class teaching,the physics exercises class can better play to its education function,using the method of questionnaire survey,classroom observation and summary induction to urumqi,a middle school,high school physics exercises class status quo investigation,and find the school high school physics in use in the recitation of problem sets and the advantages and disadvantages of recitation teaching methods,In view of the existing problems,optimization strategies are proposed.Through the investigation of the current situation of the high school physics exercises existing problems,teachers choose exercises mainly from the teaching materials and past years of the college entrance examination,the rate of exercise selection on the textbook is low,the exercise selection is difficult,there are "sea tactics" in the teaching process,"brush exercises training" and so on.Exercise class class teaching form is single,exercise class teachers to guide students to extend or summarize the aspects of exercise need to be strengthened.In the process of solving exercises,students have strong dependence on teachers,their learning autonomy needs to be strengthened,and their self-learning ability needs to be further cultivated.In view of these problems,optimization strategies are put forward for the preparation of physics exercises and teachers' classroom teaching activities.The strategy of choosing exercises is to pay attention to exercises and reflect the pertinence and purpose;Pay attention to exercise difficulty,do step by step;Pay attention to the number of exercises,give full play to the role of typical exercises;Pay attention to exercise function,so that the topic has a comprehensive;Pay attention to the quality of exercises,reflect the openness and extensibility.For teachers to research exercises link proposed strategies are,"seeing is better than hearing","seeing is better than experiencing";Change Angle,perspective-taking;Cross-disciplinary guidance,imperative,etc.The strategies for teachers' teaching activities include paying attention to the link of examining and drawing and guiding students to establish correct physical models;Pay attention to the link of thinking and discussion,strengthen students' awareness of self-study;Pay attention to listening link,train students' independent thinking and correct expression ability;Pay attention to the operation link,train students' comprehensive ability;Pay attention to the reflection link,help students develop the habit of summing up.Finally,using the proposed optimization strategy to carry out teaching practice,and comprehensive analysis of the experimental class teaching practice before and after the test data,it can be seen that the optimization strategy proposed above has a certain teaching efficiency,is feasible.
