Relevant data show that at present,the progress of teenagers' physical quality is slow,especially some physical indicators of junior high school students have a downward trend.In view of the current situation of the students in our country,such as obesity,poor quality,poor sensitivity and coordination,it is necessary to improve the students' physical quality,enrich and enrich the content of physical education and sunshine sports activities,and improve the enthusiasm of students to participate in physical exercises.Launched on January 1,2014 "Sunshine dance into the campus" activity,in the National University,middle school and primary school to promote the dance movement,the dance integration of Latin dance,jazz dance,hip-hop dance,ballroom dance,waltz,Cha Cha and other dance styles,can be relaxed,relaxed and degree,set dance art and sports fitness functions in one,the intensity and density of the dance movement in line with the characteristics of aerobic endurance,can enhance physical fitness At the same time,improve the sense of music and graceful performance of movement,so as to mobilize the enthusiasm of students to participate in sports and improve their physical quality.By using the perfect teaching system and teachers,rich and varied curriculum contents and distinctive teaching methods,students can accept the dance movement faster and better,so as to achieve the purpose of strengthening students' physique.In this study,literature,experiment,logical analysis and mathematical statistics are used.Through 12 weeks of experimental activities,60 students in class 1 and class 2 of grade 1 of Hanfeng school in Baoji City are divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group consists of 30 students in class 1 and the control group consists of 30 students in class 2.Before and after the experiment,the physical fitness test was carried out,and the data of the two groups of test results were analyzed.The results show that:(1)After the experiment,there was no significant change in the height of junior middle school girls in the experimental group,the body mass index decreased compared with that before the experiment,and the lung capacity increased significantly.There was no significant change in the height,body mass index and lung capacity of the girls in the control group.(2)Before and after the experiment,the scores of junior middle school girls in the experimental group were improved,among which the scores of sit forward,sit up and standing long jump were significantly improved,while the scores of girls in the control group before and after the experiment had no significant change.After the experiment,there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group.(3)There was no significant difference in height,body mass index and vital capacity between the experimental group and the control group.But before and after the experiment,the lung capacity of boys in the experimental group increased significantly.(4)Before and after the experiment,there was no significant change in the scores of 50 m and pull-up of junior middle school boys in the experimental group,the scores of standing long jump and 1000 m running were improved,and the scores of sitting forward bending were significantly improved,while the scores of boys in the control group before and after the experiment had no significant change.After the experiment,the results of standing long jump and sitting forward flexion in the control group were significantly different.(5)After the experiment,the performance of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,among which there was a difference between male and female students in the experimental group,and the improvement of female students' performance was more obvious than that of male students.Conclusion:(1)There are differences in the effects of the rehearsal exercises of extracurricular activities on the body shape of junior middle school students.The effect of improving the body shape of female students is significant,but that of male students is not significant.(2)The row dance practice of extracurricular activities can effectively improve the vital capacity of junior middle school boys and girls.(3)The row dance practice of extracurricular activities can effectively improve the flexibility,endurance and lower extremity strength of junior high school students,but it has no obvious improvement on speed and sensitivity.(4)The effect of rehearsal exercise in extracurricular activities is more significant for girls than for boys.
